I asked some of the workers where my car was, and nobody had a clue at all they told me my car wasn't there and sent me somewhere else which that person told my my car was where the worker said it wasn't. Even then, they still would not let me get my car out and said I'd have to wait until Monday and yes they'd be charging 2 storage fees despite the fact I was ready to get my car 1 hour later. Another worker laughed when I told him everything and said "Yeah they do this a lot I have people coming here saying the same thing daily, they're trying to get as much money as they can out of you" FROM THEIR OWN WORKER. Do not get your car towed here, you're gonna be fighting just to pay them to get it out.
