During the initial consultation/estimate, Scott provided his expertise in assuring me how he believed the repair would play out, which was in contrast to some other estimates I had where they could not guarantee how things would go. They showed up on time, brought more than enough workers to expedite the process, and, since I work at home, he brought me over to the bathroom to give me updates and show the progress during the different phases.
