Gather round…read more Do you despair when necessary tasks require your: Research (time) Hard earned capital (time) Trust and faith someone will actually do a proper job (emotional well being) Samsies. This is our second experience with Eco. After the first (plumbing) it was a no brainer to call them again. This time for electric and it feels like a pretty large job; three buildings on our property including one full panel redo. They do charge for an estimate. This could take you by surprise. They didn't used to. But we are all in this wild economy together so it makes sense. They also make you feel like you got good value out of the inspection. Extremely thorough. It's refreshing to see people/businesses know their worth. It's not a money grab. It's highly skilled professionals giving you a ton of their time. That's worth a lot more than what they charge. Probably just covers gas. We did our due diligence however and had other quotes. Eco was the last to quote and because of their extreme level of detail we knew they were it. No regrets. Jordan was our main man. He represents Eco so well you'd think he owned the business. Knowledge, professionalism, easy manor, precision, experience... what more do you want? He's also pretty cool. Bonus points for that ;) This is one of those rare and magical situations where the dollar spent feels well deserved. I'm not sure what else can be said. But since then we have had a difficult time getting service. The technicians are great when they do come, but the office is terrible at scheduling time. We often get no response to emails about needing service and rarely get called back when we leave a message. We have finally moved on - which has been a hassle as other technicians scratch their heads about C&Cs installation. Our friend, a contractor who recommended them, has also dropped them from his list for the same reason. Don't waste your time with them.

When we first moved into our house, the A/C wasn't working well and there was a lot of water in the utility room coming from the furnace, C & C Olympic Heating came out promptly (in the 90 degree summer weather) and fixed the problem for us! The fix has held since then and we're glad for it. The following winter our thermostat broke so that the A/C and heat were both on full blast, leading to our house being quite cold (and ice building up on one of the pipes coming into the furnace). This of course happened over the holidays so we couldn't be immediately scheduled, but C & C Olympic came out at their earliest opportunity, identified the problem and replaced our thermostat bringing our house back to a cozy warm state. We've since had C&C come out yearly to do a checkup for our furnace and heat pump and it's all been good. We appreciate their work keeping everything operating smoothly!

I have had enough. While Go Green was the cheapest quote, you get what you pay for. My nightmare…read morebegan in October 2025 and is still ongoing six months later. As of April 13th, I am still being double charged and the issue has not been resolved. I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

Due to a misdirected email that we weren't supposed to be on, we saw that what they tell customers is different from what they discuss internally. System cools when there's no need to cool and heats when there's no need to heat. Register blows cold air in the winter when the system is in heating mode. Technicians have no idea how to fix any of it, and repeatedly make the problem worse (and then go radio silent) when they come for a service call. Go somewhere else.
