This is our second experience with Eco. After the first (plumbing) it was a no brainer to call them again. This time for electric and it feels like a pretty large job; three buildings on our property including one full panel redo. They do charge for an estimate. This could take you by surprise. They didn't used to. But we are all in this wild economy together so it makes sense. They also make you feel like you got good value out of the inspection. Extremely thorough. It's refreshing to see people/businesses know their worth. It's not a money grab. It's highly skilled professionals giving you a ton of their time. That's worth a lot more than what they charge. Probably just covers gas. We did our due diligence however and had other quotes. Eco was the last to quote and because of their extreme level of detail we knew they were it. No regrets. Jordan was our main man. He represents Eco so well you'd think he owned the business. Knowledge, professionalism, easy manor, precision, experience... what more do you want? He's also pretty cool. Bonus points for that ;) This is one of those rare and magical situations where the dollar spent feels well deserved. I'm not sure what else can be said. However, I am a little bit miffed at the charges. $199 service call, plus an additional $241 to install a $30 capacitor seems like an unreasonable charge. But what ya gonna do when your heat isn't working?

Unfortunately no longer under warranty. After 6 visits from a good but very frustrated oven repair company we decided perhaps the problem was electrical and not the oven itself. We called Milestone and Wyatt the actual owner sent Matt out to check it out and it was faulty wiring from the appliance company that installed it, to the point it could have been very dangerous. Matt quickly discovered the problem and came back within a day with the parts to fix it. Matt knows his stuff. I would not hesitate calling Milestone. And please, I noticed some of these reviews are not for Milestone here in the Seattle area. A shame people write bad reviews for the wrong company. Matt was such a pleasure and this company is all about doing what's right and what's best for the customer. We lucked out using them. Look no further.

This is an update on a previous review. King's heating have once repaired our old heat pump +…read morefurnace system. At the time it was already aging and maybe had a few years left, but you couldn't beat repair vs replacement! The time has come last year to actually replace the entire system after the furnace also gave out. King's came out, did an inspection, quoted 3x different options from very moderately priced to all-electric heat pump only setup. We decided to go with the heat pump to eliminate the furnace all together. Financing was well explained and reasonable. Installation took 2-3 days due to the furnace being all the way in the attic above the 2nd floor. It has now been over a year since the install and we've weathered freezing temperatures really well. Happy with the new system, and happy we don't have a gas appliance above our head that needs a drain pan and an exhaust! We trust this business and definitely recommend them as they do quality work and will be honest and up front about all your options.
