I've used Seatown before as a homeowner. Mixed bag honestly, some great work, some that was bad,…read morebut not their fault though they handled fixing the faulty part very poorly. Anyway, I live in a condo now. A few days back, I found a flyer from Seatown in my secure lobby weighed down by a poop encrusted pipe. Clever marketing right? "Your pipes could be as gross as this thing we left in your house!" Anyway, I wish they'd not come in and solicit uninvited or leave poop pipes around. But I'm an old fashioned guy that way. I mean, times are a changing. In my day folks were annoyed with flyers on windshields, remember those days? So quaint. Well to get attention these days you gotta leave a poop pipe at someone's home. It is innovative. For example, were they a company who sold manure, a free sample would clever. And I'm not opposed to poop pipes in general. Have you ever been to the Sewer Museum in Paris? Essentially, I paid to see those poop pipes and now I tell everyone to go there. It's fascinating, you know, I'll review them next. What a journey. I started out grossed out and annoyed by this, and then I realized I love poop pipes. for Seatown's poop pipe marketing

I was quoted one price and charged another!! And, their mistake was financed, hence the countless attempts to contact them on my part. After 3 months, and again more countless attempts to contact them, I got an email saying they'd be mailing the $348.00 check. its been 2 months. Never came. Contacting the BBB next ! They obviously said they'd email the check to get me off their back.

I found Armando and his business Let it Flow plumbing through Yelps service provider function…read more I needed a faucet replacing and a garbage disposal replacing. Both on the kitchen sink. I had already purchased both items so it was just installation. I needed someone same day due to work schedule commitments and non of the big plumbing companies would even come and look at the job until after the weekend or a week later. Some also wanted to charge $70 to give me a quote. Armando messaged me through yelp and then via text. He said the job would be $350 to $450. It ended up being $386 including tax. Armando was on time. Said he would be there between 11 and noon and texted me at 11 to say he should be there by noon then updated me further when he set off from his first job. Arrived promptly at 11:55. He made sure to put booties on his shoes cleaned up after himself and did a thorough job. Everything works as expected and the whole process took under 2 hours. Armando provided me with a business card (he doesn't have a website or any advertising on his truck etc.) He told me he could only warranty the labor since I purchased the parts. Very understandable. I would very much recommend Armando. He is polite, knowledgeable, efficient, turns up on time, charges you a reasonable rate, and cleans up and respects your home. Also licensed, bonded and insured.
