For context, after purchasing a used Audi from Carvana, I brought the vehicle to the Parker Audi facility to be inspected and fix a defect (cracked headlight, resulting in full headlamp replacement) undisclosed by Carvana. Although I was told upon the car's delivery the defect would be covered, neither Carvana nor the warranty company would take responsibility for the fix when I spoke to them, claiming it was a cosmetic concern. Long story short, following around a week of acquiring parts and discussion with the warranty company (on Michael's part), mechanics were able to finalize fixes, with all the repairs, including a new OEM headlamp, covered by my warranty company. It didn't have one when I took it to them. When I took it back to them they wanted to upsell me $2000 engine tear down. Saying it had nothing to do with their work. Refused to do all the diagnostic testing required by Subaru manuals or check their workmanship. I had a meeting with the Service Manager and his foreman. Five minutes into the conversation the foreman started yelling, was very unprofessional and walked out of the room. I took it to another certified Subaru Tech. He found a clip from one of the 6 clips off the windshield wiper cowling (all 6 are still missing)inside the engine in cylinder 1 sitting on top of the valves. If it had fallen into the cylinder it could have destroyed my engine. It was what was causing the misfire. It cost me $1300 to fix their screw up. These people are irresponsible, incompetent, unprofessional and do not stand behind their workmanship warranty. I wonder what else they have dropped inside engines? They will never see my Subaru again. I am concerned they will do a lot more damage to it if I did. Something that will cost me a lot more than $1300 to fix. Even with the evidence including pictures they would not make it right. Don't trust your car with these people!!

They went above and beyond to make it right. 2, today I was in for brakes and tires. Thought I needed pads for sure as I have 88k miles and needed rotors turned as they had warped. Now there's many service departments out there that will say you need all kinds of things repaired or replaced, but not Russell...they called to tell me all I needed was the rotors turned and that the pads still had plenty of life left...saving me about a grand. In this day and age finding a service department you can trust is HUGE. Hats off to Russell Chevrolet for getting it right!
