This store only had 2 other purses that were similar to the one I had, so there was not much selection as the colors were similar to each other. I looked at purses, but most were not the same (this is just based on preference). I was informed that the outlet stores won't carry much of the selection I had. I ended up getting a blanket that was deeply discounted. I only get Vera Bradley items when they are on sale as the regular price is always too high no matter which store you purchase items from. I stopped in and looked around and Michael, the salesperson, asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. I had found a pair of gold sandals and asked if he knew which colors clothing would go with it. I am terrible at color coordination and likely mismatch my attire. He said that he wasn't sure because apparently he has been wearing shades of brown with black and was told they don't match. Lol. I texted a friend who is trendy and stylish, but she didn't respond so I asked Michael if he had the same sandals in black. Fortunately it was my lucky day and they did. I shop here often as I live close by, and they have a good selection of clothing, but someone should train Noah on service- especially if he will be left as the acting manager on duty. I now call him "Mr. Unfortunately we cannot do that." I was shopping and liked a red shirt, however, the smallest size on the rack was S. I'm an XS. Upon paying for the items I wanted, I noticed that the mannequin was wearing the last red XS. I asked the pleasant lady who was checking me out if I could take it and she said she would ask her manager-Noah. Noah said he could not give me the shirt on the mannequin because they are doing inventory. He said any other time it would be ok, but not today. (His story changed later on that inventory was not today, but before the weekend). So I said ok, can I leave my name and reserve the red shirt for when "inventory" is done? & he responded "Unfortunately, I cannot do that." That's when I got upset and had to say something... I asked if he could call a proper manager, but "unfortunately, they don't do that." I explained to him that I always come here and have items reserved, and it's totally fine, and the staff usually has it for me when I come back. We got into an argument with him eventually agreeing to get my name so he can call when I can pick up the shirt. I usually have no problem with this store, and it's usually so easy to reserve items, but Noah is either lazy, full of excuses, or just should not be an acting manager until he is trained with customer service. Normally I wouldn't come back upon experiencing this kind of service, but I like banana rep clothing and I live in the area!!! Such a bummer considering it was a slow weekday. I almost left without my items, but I spent too much time in there not to. Bummed customer!
