This Family Practioner also does sports medicine part time. He was dismissive, rude, and condescending. See someone else.

He has a "God complex", and instead of giving an answer to my questions, he took the "How dare you question me?" attitude, became argumentative and repeated himself over and over again. He also appears to look down on women. He sure looked down on me! I feel sorry for his office staff. The young women, probably trained not to communicate with clients, except for, "I'll ask the doctor", answer phones, schedule, keep their eyes on their computers, and say, "I'm sorry" when spoken to.

There was confusion between the clinic and our insurance regarding eligibility and provider listing on the insurance card. We were told the visit could only proceed as self-pay, so we agreed in order for my husband to be seen. During the visit, there were repeated delays while the office attempted to verify insurance, including coordination with our insurance provider. After the visit, we requested that the claim be submitted to our PPO insurance for processing. However, the office refused to submit the claim through insurance and stated it would remain self-pay, despite our PPO coverage and confirmation from our insurance company regarding eligibility. Overall, the care itself was completed, but the billing process and communication regarding insurance were very difficult and not clearly handled. We are still trying to resolve the billing issue through our insurance.

Never have I ever felt rushed. I was introduced to him by my brothers. Both of them along with their families have been under his care and I brought mine in. No issue during the past 4-5 years and have no intention on looking elsewhere. Does not like prescribing medicines and likes to try to treat the cause rather than the symptoms if possible. I had borderline high cholesterol(ratio was not good, while HDL was high LDL was also high). We tried for a little over a year through diet and exercise to bring it down. After I dropped the extra pounds and maintained a relatively clean diet etc., and tests showed no improvement he put me on a statin. The facility is nice and supports him well. Front desk and staff are excellent.

I recently had a terrible experience with a medical office while trying to schedule a physical…read moreexam. To begin with, their online payment system was an absolute nightmare. I had to make numerous attempts, at least five, before I was finally able to pay for my appointment. It was a frustrating and time-consuming process. Making the appointment itself was no less of a hassle. Due to my specific needs, I had to schedule two separate appointments - one over the phone and the other in person. After my first appointment, I sent an email to the doctor to clarify some questions I had, but I never received a response. It was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling ignored and unheard. Finally, I managed to schedule my second appointment for a Friday at 9:20 am. However, on the morning of the appointment, around 8 am, I received a text message saying they couldn't accommodate me and needed to reschedule. The lack of timely notice was extremely frustrating, especially since I had made plans and arrangements for this appointment. When I called to inquire about rescheduling, the earliest they could offer was the following Tuesday during my work hours. Their lack of flexibility and urgency in resolving the issue was disappointing. What made matters worse was that they only offered me another appointment after I requested a refund. It seemed as though they were only willing to accommodate me because I had requested my money back. At that point, I had lost confidence in their ability to provide the quality of care I needed. I felt that my appointment would be rushed and potentially prone to mistakes or negligence. Additionally, there may have been other individuals who required the appointment slot more urgently than I did. The most disheartening part of this entire experience was that I had initially hoped to establish this medical office as my primary healthcare provider. Unfortunately, their lack of communication, poor organization, and disregard for my time have completely deterred me. The only positive aspect I can mention is that the staff, particularly the ladies at the office, maintained a professional demeanor, despite the evident frustration among them. Overall, I would strongly advise against considering this medical office. The issues I encountered with their online payment system, scheduling process, lack of responsiveness, and untimely cancellation notice demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and respect for patients. I will be looking elsewhere for a reliable and competent healthcare provider. I did get 1/2 my refund back.

I had two terrible experiences with this provider. the first one was a lack of empathy and people skills, he snapped at me and went on to lecture me about advocating for my partner, she made things personal by bringing age into the picture saying the patient is to old for needing someone to help them. The second encounter my partner was under going testing for possible seizures but dr sajwan straight up called her out saying that shes having fake seizures. she went on saying she needs to see a psychiatrist and have a full psych evaluation because my partner is avoiding going back to her life and doesnt want to go back to school or work so shes faking the seizures. my partner fell and passed out in her clinic and dr sajwan made no effort to assess or help my partner during and after the fall. she left her on the floor and didn't ask her any questions or touch her. she then lectured my partner even more about having fake seizures on purpose, dr sajwan said she should know better for having a medical background and made things unnecessarily personal without even knowing my partner. dr sajwan kept saying she sees people having fake siezures all the time in india and she well experienced with it.
