After the visit, we requested that the claim be submitted to our PPO insurance for processing. However, the office refused to submit the claim through insurance and stated it would remain self-pay, despite our PPO coverage and confirmation from our insurance company regarding eligibility. Overall, the care itself was completed, but the billing process and communication regarding insurance were very difficult and not clearly handled. We are still trying to resolve the billing issue through our insurance.

After my first appointment, I sent an email to the doctor to clarify some questions I had, but I never received a response. It was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling ignored and unheard. Finally, I managed to schedule my second appointment for a Friday at 9:20 am. However, on the morning of the appointment, around 8 am, I received a text message saying they couldn't accommodate me and needed to reschedule. When I called to inquire about rescheduling, the earliest they could offer was the following Tuesday during my work hours.
