She literally said to me (with attitude) "well, it's Monday morning and we're very busy! I'll have to take your information and have Jennifer call you back." I figured I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she doesn't normally work there, or answer the phone, or was just having a bad day. I waited all day Monday and heard nothing. So Tuesday morning I call back to follow up (because I'm in an excruciating amount of pain!) and this time the woman who answers the phone tells me in an annoyed tone "the nurse isn't in yet, she'll call you when she gets in." I ask when that will be and she tells me 11am. I ask if that's when I should expect a call and she just repeats the first thing she said to me again in a very snobby/annoyed tone. At this point I realize this is not the place I want to go so I tell her my name and that she can take me off the list, I've decided against making an appointment there. She says ok and hangs up. Compared to my previous Dr. in Beverly Hills, where one would expect 5x the rent, the cost was lower for services rendered, and the level of service was far superior to Dr. Robb. These are real-world reviews and you should take these into account when deciding who you should go to for care. This may very well be an aging Dr's attempt to milk federal funding to bankroll a retirement plan. Don't fall for it, you deserve more - move on! Don't even consider this location.

Been doing physical therapy, chiro, and massage for 8+ years and gotten some short term relief but the debilitating spasms have only gotten worse and more frequent. I couldn't play sports and there were weeks on end where I couldn't even pick up my two babies. I was referred to Dr. Bajaj by an Orthopedic surgeon in the same building and told if this doesn't work, disc replacement surgery is my last option. The team at RPS went through a slow and deliberate process to see how my discs and lower back responded to less inflammation -- first with diagnostic cortisone shots. The symptoms slightly improved so Dr. Bajaj recommended I do stem cell injections with a PRP booster.
