I don't write reviews very often so believe me when I say that this place is worth sitting down and writing a review for! First of all, I have to say that I haven't been to this salon in YEARS (unfortunately I moved almost an hour away and had to stop coming here). Recently, I was in the area and needed a pedi. I walk through the door and Sheila and Steven recognized me immediately. THAT is great customer service! They remembered how I liked my nails done. They are so friendly, funny and efficient. They always ask questions to make sure you like the color you picked out and you feel comfortable. They offer you water and are extremely accommodating. The price is awesome! A gel pedicure is only $36! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. My heart was broken all over again knowing I live so far away and wouldn't see them for a while again! A huge thank you to Steven, Sheila and the rest of the team! I will definitely come back when I back to this side of town! read more

I seriously can't express enough how quickly I fell in love with this place and the employees. I went with my boyfriend, we both got pedicures and I got a full set. Steven actually took his time and did it right! I have always had trouble with getting my nails done, and he did it perfect. Just the way I like it and wanted it. No trouble at all. My boyfriend got a pedicure for the first time and was nervous, but they made him comfortable and instead of talking amongst themselves and making us both feel awkward, they actually talked to us. Had real conversations with us. I'm not quite sure what a really good tip would be, but I hope I tipped them good, because they honestly deserved it. I had felt like I had been going there all my life and we all knew each other. My best friend recommended them to me and I'm super glad she did!!!! Steven is an amazing artist and should be praised for his ability to create such a beautiful art. I have been going to him for at least three years now and I couldn't be happier every time I go. He is professional and a master of nail design. What's even more incredible are his prices and the fact that whenever you get acrylic nails they stay on for a full two weeks and if one breaks off he is more than willing to fix it for a very minimal cost which is rare. I have since moved to Connecticut where I detest getting my nails done, the prices here are ridiculous and when I come home in August for vacation one of my first stops will be Stevens crazy nails. read more

By far the cleanest, friendliest and careful work I've had on my nails. I've been going to Steven and Shayla for over 3 years and won't let anyone else touch my nails. They offer certificates after so many visits and his work is impeccable. Steven is particular about his work and takes the time in his work so it meets the quality expected. The friendly atmosphere and clean environment makes getting mani and pedis a treat without having to worry about getting ripped off with fast but poor quality care. Best place ever for nails & pedicures ! I use the pink and white product with gel coating on my nails. Steven doesn't just build up product on product but rather keeps them filed down so they look thin and natural after fills and back-fills. My nails look great and so natural. My cuticles also look great. Shayla's pedicures are also the best I have ever had and so relaxing. I always have the callus treatment and my feet feel so good after a pedicure. Just went here for my first time and I'm glad to be able to go back in two weeks! Steven was able to take me as a walk-in (I called to make sure beforehand just in case!) and was super kind and accommodating. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and checked with me throughout the process to make sure everything was good. He had me in and out in a flash without sacrificing quality either. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of seats for pedicures and stations for manicures. However, I think they should put up a website where it lists the prices on the menu (that I received after asking for) as well as the expectations of the visit. I also think it's strange that some nail technicians in the salon wear gloves and others don't. If you're handling bodily fluids and skin, it's probably a great idea to wear medical gloves and change them often. I think the salon did a great job and has good quality nails - I just believe the overall customer experience could be more transparent.

She was not prepared, she didn't have anything she needed at the station, kept getting up and walking around, but was mostly ON HER PHONE instead of doing my nails, she kept texting and telling me, "One moment. Just wait, one moment." I asked for a manicure with gel polish - French tip with the nails square round. She did not shape them. She did not trim them. She just jumped into painting them and my fingers. When I told her I didn't like the tips, that I preferred them smaller, she said "No. No. I do them like this. It is easier for me." I said, "I like them a little smaller." She again told me "No. To make the line, I do them like this. You don't like them, you tell me now. You tell me now if you don't like them!! Tell me now!" .... I JUST DID. So, me being on a time crunch and not wanting to deal with a woman snapping at me, I said, "It's fine." She then continued. At one point, I told her she missed half of my thumb nail, and she said "No. It's fine. Don't worry about it." I said, "Half of the nail doesn't even have polish." So she fixed it. Then she got gel polish all over my fingers and didn't bother to clean it up, until the end after it had cured. She cleaned it up by getting out her cuticle trimmers and just cutting the paint off my skin and some of my skin (see the picture of my ring finger). They look awful too, not shaped, bubbly, and just horrible. She then told me that she used to work at a different location and they let her go in 2018... I can see why. AVOID this place.

One start review, because you can't give less…read more I went in today 03/06/2026 @ 2:45pm to SOAK off my gel/acrylic nails. The bald Asian man at the front seemed like most Asian shops, pushy. I thought nothing of it. As this is how most shops are in Arizona. He sat me down at his station and kept trying to sell me on getting my nails done (fill, new set, etc.) At first I was definitely considering on going with a gel nail once my current nail polish( gel nail) was removed. However, the chain of events changed that. Before soaking of my nail he was prying the nail apart. He started cutting my finger, not acrylic, nail jaggedly and then used an acrylic nail to try and remove the gel nail I had on. I told him it hurt. He seemed frustrated and said it would take longer to soak off. I clearly wanted a soak off to save my nails from more damage. Anyway, I went for a basic pedicure, while I was soaking off my gel nails, since I wanted the gel nail color removed off my toes. I was looking for a "metallic color changing" nail color (Popular on social media at this time ). He was quite rude and said they don't have that. He stated, he has the color panel he showed me and then brought out "cat eye" nail colors after I asked the woman who was doing my pedicure. He kept interrupting her and told me there was an additional up charge of $10 on top of the gel manicure and pedicure cost. He then told me the regular matte color nail polish I was thinking of secondly, was an additional $5. What takes the cake is that when I asked what color a nail was, he stated "it's that color, it's what you see". I'm color blind! The nail I was painting at had no name and wasn't in any color order. It only had a number. Anyway, I knew that most places upcharge for gel nails $10-$15 more than the normal manicure, but to add $5 for a matte color and an additional $10 for cat eye is crazy. Not to mention being extremely rude when asked about a color that had no name or color flow to determine the color. The young woman who did my pedicure was sweet and nice. I do not recommend this place at all, especially for an ADA person. To be clear, I am Asian and I felt like this man was either racist or sexist and definitely was not professional at all.
