My 1st experience was great like said. I went back for my 1st Refill on May 25th by June 3rd I had not 1 ,but 3 nails already has lifted. Didn't make a reservation but the staff was honest about the quick wait time. We only waited for a minute! The service here was kind, quick and so well done. The staff was so sweet to my mom which really warmed my heart. We got in and out pretty quick too, all while being relaxed. I went in for a full acrylic set, wanted the scream face and a nail with blood splatter. Nail tech said she can do it. Well she couldn't, nor could she do a spider web, or ghost. So I went with plain black and she suggested orange glitter to be festive. Okay cool. At this point I'm ready to go. I pay and leave. On my way home I notice how awfully shaped and uneven my nails were, and not properly painted. So I called and was told to come back. I came back and had different nail tech, Hai, salvage and save my nails, which I'm completely satisfied with. He is AMAZING. I did later learn, the first nail tech is the manager. But her employee salvaged and did a much better job than she did The 1 star is rating is for the manager, not the tech that saved the day. read more

I have been getting my nails done by Hai (or Tiffany if he is not available) for over 4 years now. I go regularly every two weeks and get the dip powder manicures and a regular pedicure. I've been a nail/cuticle biter since I was 4 years old and I can honestly say my nails have never looked better these past few years. Hai and Tiffany do a fantastic job and even offer great ideas for nail designs when I can't decide on what to get. As a testament to their work and kind personalities, I have been living in Ahwatukee and Mesa for the past 2 years but I still drive to Peoria every two weeks because I just love them so much and they are like family! I've was going here for a long times but a few things have happened since covid that made me change salons. First off it's for sale. This leaves the techs not knowing what's in their future. I see them cutting corners on product and procedures the biggest issue is they are not not protecting clients from covid. They don't have guards between them and the clients like they should. Other salons ha r guards on the nail desk and the pedicure chair. I wish them well. But I had to move on. Update I just read the response to my reviews very angry and inaccurate. The chairs are not 7 feet apart either the mail or the pedicure chairs. I have had to sit with someone in the next chair. There are no partitions which is a choice management made. I'm choosing to go somewhere the management dies everything they can to keep everyone safe. Im not sure about the product just that 3 nails popped off. And I've been there when clients have come in with their masks under their nose and techs while not working have their masks off. It is what it is read more

The paint like no ones business. My nails look fresh and beautiful. My pedicure was also very good, leaving my feet soft and supple.

I just had my nails done yesterday. I got French Tips in dip powder. The white tips are not the same size, even on the same hand. I pointed this out and the tech, Linda, said, "Well, you tell me to follow your nail line and your nails are not straight," Huh? What? My thumb on the other hand has a little jutting out place on the tip, which is supposed to be rounded. I asked her to file it down and she did a little filing. But it's clearly not even. No big deal, I guess. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

PLEADE BE WARE!!! Don't give them your business. I went to this salon hours before a flight to Florida. Which you can see by the pictures with the$139.00 they charged me. As always when I go to a new salon , if they make me feel a little uncomfortable. I cut on my translator on my iPhone. I first was quoted a different price over the phone. And they knew the services I was. A full-set of gel coffin shaped nails. Basic pedicure with French. My nails were bare and so was my feet. I arrived and was set In pedicure chair. I pointed to the service I wanted. Then they started talking. I asked if she understood and she said yes. But they continued talking. By the way I was in there at 6 pm and they closed at 7pm. I then put on my translator. One of the employees asked the other one to ask me what I did for a living. And she did. That's when the conversation changed. I told them. Then asked was I marred. I told them. Thinking, okay basic conversation. But then they asked what he did for a living. I told them. Then they started talking about the salon and how much they made that day. After pedicure. The lady told them what I received and thanked me and left store. I then got in chair for full set. Informed her again what I wanted. As you can see, in pictures. Not what I received. When I told her that the shape was wrong. She then stated that they we're getting ready to close and they could fix when I return from my trip. I didn't put up a fuss until I heard them say , Az they were charging my account. That they were going to charge me in advance for another set of nails, length, gel x3 and. A deluxe pedicure. I was tired and I said I told them that was unprofessional. That I knew they were charging me too much. I asked for a refund of the charge. They said they couldn't swipe my card to refund back and refuse to write what they charged me on back of my receipt. They then agreed to fix when I returned. I went back to store when I returned. Which was a week later. They agreed to fix the next day and redo pedicure. But then proceeded to call me and tell me they weren't going to. And not to return to their store. In informed them that I would be disputing with my credit card company. They told I can do whatever and that they had camera. I told them fine. If my money in not returned by them. I will next upload the conversation. Because I recorded them. I didn't like how they treated me nor the services. As you can see no coffin nails.. If I could give 0 stars I would: EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. Worst customer service and nails I have ever received. I was extremely excited to go to this nail salon as I found them on Instagram. And left thinking the color was great- the shape not so much so they did not charge me for shape as he did not do almond shape like I asked. Got in my car and left and began to notice how thick the nails were under the nail and on top. I then notice how the dip powder was on my skin and he didn't even bother to remove it as seen in the photos below. Not to mention he cut me on my knuckles with the nail file and tried to blame it on my hang nail? I called to just give them feedback as these were my wedding nails and let them know this before hand. They immediately transferred the phone to the manager and she argued with me on the phone that I can come back after my wedding- when I told her I would not be returning. She gave me the "owners" number that was incorrect. So they not only did horrible nails for my wedding but they lied and gave me a false number to get me off the phone.
