Have epilepsy. Jordon threw a fit saying not sure if he can see me. Dr Wally is really nice and friendly. Great appointment. Jordon the front desk agent made an appointment without me confirming it. It was at 8:00. I told them I don't drive until 10:00 because I have had seizures while driving before so I take my meds at 8;00 to make sure it's 100% safe. Called me. I was confused. On Friday I confirmed my appointment on Monday. Jordon who has been rude to me every time we have talked. I confirmed our appointment Friday but called and Gave me a personal reminder about my appointment. I was with my mother in law who has Alzheimer's who fell at her caregiving facility and was at the Hospital picking her up. That is unacceptable to call me on a SUNDAY for an appointment I confirmed on Friday. A personal reminder on a Sunday ? They called me and my wife Monday morning and I was sleeping in. They called my wife who was at work. I would have gone but still very upset about Sunday. I have epilepsy with a memory problem. I came in a day early for my second appointment. Jordan not considerate about my condition. The appointment was at 11:00 but handed me a card saying 10:40. He didn't explain why or if it's okay with me. He stormed off as usual. Never ever nice or treat me with respect ever.....

Janelle has been my Hygienist for the majority of that time. She is very professional, patient and thorough in her work. I have a gag reflex that makes getting dental work done a challenge for any dental office. With the use of Nitrous Oxide and Janelle's patience & calming demeanor, what would be a highly anxious dental visit turns into a pleasant dental cleaning experience. Office Experience: Sarah always greets me a with cheerful hello and ensures that I am comfortable. When the visit is done, she explains in a professional manner my patient investment in a simple to understand manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Hunsaker and Dr.Rabago, to family & friends for their dental needs.

On January 19th, my bridge broke in the front tooth. I immediately tried to make a dental…read moreappointment and Salem Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. They were not able to see me until January 29th leaving with a hole in my front tooth. They then changed the appointment to February 2nd. I voiced m opinion in a letter written to the dentist. He then called me on February 2nd refusing to fix the bridge. I also asked repeatedly in emails to send me my records and the name of the dentist that would work on my bridge. They sent a document that was encrypted and I could not open. They refused to send me my payments that I have made. They also refused to send me the information where the original dentist is practicing. Within the past year alone, this denture has broken three separate times. This is unacceptable for work of this cost and nature. While I understand that the dentist who originally completed the work no longer practices there and that the office has changed ownership, Salem Family and Cosmetic Dentistry purchased this practice and assumed responsibility for its patients and prior dental work. I have also been told that you will not repair the denture unless I pay upfront, allegedly due to my "attitude." I am upset because I have every right to be given that I have had to deal with three failures of a very expensive denture in less than a year. My frustration comes from feeling ignored, dismissed, and treated unfairly.
