The girl who was the dentist I saw never even looked in my mouth and told me let's revisit this in 4 weeks! I was told by the ER physician that it was a good thing I came to the ER because most likely this severe infection, that had now traveled into my bone and neck would have most likely caused sepsis! Steer clear of this place! Unless you like infection, pain and a dentist that sees people as nothing more than part of the assembly line at that place!!!

They charged me $120 and told me they could not help me that it was not a root canal problem but that I needed a new crown. By their advice my dentist replaced the crown and I continued to have problems. After several months and an unneeded crown replacement, I found that it was a root canal problem after all. I also called them and questioned why I had to pay 120 when they were covered under my insurance. My insurance company told me it was because of the code they used but they refused to adjust the code so the insurance could cover it

Obviously so advanced that the dentist "morally" (yes, she said this) declined to clean my teeth that day using my insurance coverage!! So you all used my exam through insurance and then refused to clean my teeth? The staff insisted I schedule a series of 2 deep cleanings other days- and while the cleanings were actually free, there would be minimally a $100 price tag per visit for the medication needed for each of the deep cleaning visits! I'm convinced you people are nothing but swindlers just trying to make more money off of people. I will tell everyone I know (including my husband who currently goes there, recommending it to me, and who has undergone multiple procedures there for his teeth issues) to never come here again. I could not believe I was denied a simple, routine cleaning!

I asked what I could do, and what people do, when a dental emergency comes up and the woman on the phone paused for about 30 seconds because she had no idea what to say. If you have an emergency, they basically can't help you. Absolutely do not recommend this dentist!
