Richard and his team showed up on time and started work demoing. The whole place also needed new paint, and again, his team did a superb job of painting the whole place. But the crown jewels are the new kitchen and bath. Richard installed the granite counter top with sink. Granite looks great. New hardware in the kitchen looks great as well. In the bathroom, Richard took all the old stuff out, put down new tiles on the floor and shower tile from the tub to ceiling. Also installed the new vanity and light fixtures. There were a number of small items that Richard and his team also took care of, such as new light fixtures in kitchen and hallway and dining area, new ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Dirt, sawdust, and nails were left in my street over a weekend. Ethan broke an important plumbing fitting in the course of work with no apology, much less repair. Ethan lied to me, yet called me a liar, among other things. He demanded money for work he refused to do, and walked off the job when I refused to pay until the work was done. Mr. Fleener, the owner of this business, threatened to destroy the work that had already been done and paid for. Too much to list, in only 7 work days. What a total nightmare!
