I sent in a check with my request for my records and they claimed they never saw the check which was wrapped inside the letter... so if they got the letter, they got the check yet it came off missing - very untrustworty! Receptionist also did not know how to code claims properly therefore my insurance did not pick up the cost for my exam sending it back to me.... BAD service! Watch your bill! And your rights!

I asked are we done she says yes. I asked is this some new technique because you didn't inject the body of the lip she lied to me and said yes. When I left they looked ok. I got home the swelling went down and no filler was even in my lips! Oh but there was tons in my chin because that swelled up so bad I looked like jay leno! How on earth is having a big chin attractive??? And WHY would you put over half the syringe in a spot I never asked for?!! Now they're closed all weekend so I can't get this fixed. But if I don't get at least half my money back I'm either suing or letting everyone know how incompetent this woman is! I always had a pleasant experience with Sue. After 9 years I will never go back. If you want to take a chance on her botching you then go here if not it's not worth the money at all. It is always reassuring to talk to people, and not have to wait for long periods of time only to discover that the virtual assistants are not in service, and the computer service that is recommended is not working. I had to pick up my husbands meds and went in with a mask. They DO NOT require masks at all and about 75-90% of the people in the store did not wear one. I walked by 2 men stocking shelves and both had masks under their chin (not covering mouth or nose). I stood in a line at the pharmacy in back of a woman who was sick and coughing with no mask and her hand full of cold med, no one asked her to put one on and she coughed without bothering to cover her mouth as her arms were full. It was the grossest experience walking up and having to sign the same thing she also touched with no sanitizer or wipes anywhere. There was a sign on the door asking people not to bring in reusable bags so you only get to use the plastic ones they give you. But that's it. The important precautions that work (mask and social distancing) are NOT in place nor are they enforced. I have a husband who has emphysema and one kidney. The risk just from me picking up meds was unreal. I am definitely using another pharmacy and grocery store that takes precautions seriously and knows how masks protect others and not the person wearing them because this was so dangerous. I wanted to shop for food but after the pharmacy, I just left. If you care for anyone you love, don't bother going here. This is the closest store to me and the nearest other one is a good 45 min drive. I'm unhappy but if I have to travel that far, I am going to. This was unreal.

I have had an amazing Naturopathic Doctor for 15 years in another state that has been the only one to have any knowledge to help me with severe auto-immune disorders and tricky thyroid issues. He called to tell me that he "does not believe in that model of care" and "does not believe in Naturopathic Doctors" and was not even willing to call mine. He then added he would not "just drop me" but would write me one more script for my thyroid medicine. Gee... thanks - considering that if I do not have thyroid meds I could get very sick and eventually slip into a fatal coma (which almost happen a while back with another negligent doctor). My husband had a similar experience, yet not as bad. He went in because he could barely walk with back issues. He was basically told that he is getting old (he is 40) and does manual labor and shouldn't expect much, and because he doesnt have money they won't order tests for him. My husband felt like the doctor made up his mind and stopped listening before he even finished describing his issues and what he has already done to help. The FNP then said he "would probably fail at PT". Who tells their patient that?! You might say it will be tough, it might be a challenge fitting it in or sticking with it, or it might not work for you - but why would a doctor phrase it that way?
