When I arrived they said they didn't have an appointment and then went and found appointment only to say that they emailed to cancel appointment (which they had not). I drove an hour for the service and took time off work. The only options they could provide were to have me drive 3 more hours and take off work again. Further, staff assisting claimed to be GM but then in the next breath indicated he was unable to contact owner, so either he was lying about position or about ability to resolve the issue. Either way unreliable & unable to tell the truth becomes a no go in my book and a very bad option for service when there are so many other great conpanies in the area.

They didn't even take my name and number down. When Enrique is out, nobody has a clue what is going on and you can hear the shop commotion in the background while they talk to you over speaker phone. We took our car in on a Monday and were told the parts would be in on Saturday and to call back on the following Monday. The following Monday came around and we didn't hear back. I then called back on Tuesday and they said they couldn't find the parts locally. Tried to offer more money for shipping or even after-market parts. No luck. Then when I requested the part numbers because I find material for my business in the oddest places, but they couldn't tell me the part numbers because Enrique Is sick! Had another shops estimate…read moreadditionally for rear brake replacement but Boy Scout Road Tire and Auto stated that rear brakes did not need to be replaced. And only needed to be serviced which included being inspected, cleaned and aligned. That alone saves over two hundred dollars. Car brakes are working very well now with no grinding noise. This particular car is driven by one of my granddaughter so I want services to be done correctly and of course at a reasonable cost. I found Boy Scout Road Tire and Auto meets both requirements.
