The front desk was friendly (ask for Randall or Jeff), the mechanics do good work. My four new tires were replaced and balanced in one hour and fifteen minutes on a Saturday (as a counter example Sam's and Goodyear have taken around 3 hours to do the same work). I called around to compare prices and Marc Yount's was cheaper than every tire place within 15 minutes of my apartment including Jim Whitehead and Tires Plus. Four Michelin Defender's for my 2011 Focus were 599$ (total walk out price after taxes). When comparing tire prices be SURE to ask for the walk-out price, balances and new valves can vary, as can service fees and other bull. You get FREE TIRE ROTATION, you read that right. This Goodyear helped an out-of-towner with an emergency fix get on the road as quickly as possible…read more I was visiting Augusta over the weekend for an event when my car broke down - it just refused to start after a quick errand. I had to leave it overnight due to being expected at another event and not having anyone to help me get it started until the next day. On Sunday, I went back to the car and with the help of a family member was able to get it going. While this was happening, my dad was calling around every auto repair shop in town to see who could fix a car on a Sunday since I had to be back in my actual town on Monday. Unfortunately no one had the part needed in stock, but this Goodyear - and the technician, Will, who worked with us - was more than happy to fix it immediately when the part became available. I dropped it off Sunday and knew that first thing Monday morning they'd be working on it. They were wonderful about communicating with me - I called in the morning to get a time estimate, which they happily gave. Later, they found out the part would take longer for delivery and they immediately called to let me know. Once the car was done, they called me right away. I went to pick it up and everything was perfect - I was able to get back on the road for my two hour drive with full confidence. I know this is long, but I wanted to share the story - their positive attitudes and willingness to help really made a big difference to me in what was a very stressful situation.
