My wife stopped in to enquire about them patching a leak in her tire and they were incredibly rude and dismissive towards her, mumbling that they would be closing soon. While that can be understandable, no, "we can't take you in now, but we can schedule an appointment for the future", instead they acted annoyed that she even ask that they possibly provide a service. That's fine, if they don't want our business, we're happy to give it to somebody else and suggest you also do the same. read more

The service is great and professional. Love my new set of tires. The problem didn't arise until I had to put my new rotors and brake pads on after they changed my tires. They tightened my lug nuts far past the 100 ft-lbs they are supposed to be torqued to. I broke the step down adapter for my breaker bar and then my smaller lug nut tool and the socket drive attachment off of 2 ratchets. I'm quite frustrated currently and now have to order new tools and I am unable to change my brake pads until I can go to my cousins who has an impact wrench to try to get these tires back off. I've rotated my tires myself every 5000 miles and never had a problem getting my lug nuts off until they way over tightened them. If I had gotten a flat tire somewhere and been unable to put my spare on, I would've been insanely pissed off. read more

Had a tire that wasn't holding air, they could have lied to me and said there was a screw in it but instead they sanded down some rust around the rim that was inhibiting a perfect seal. Tire holds air and it was only $21. read more

I should have come to them in the first place instead of listening to my husband. I noticed a bulge on my front tire and after a closer look it looked like it was ready to separate. So I went to where my husband told me to go only to be turned away because they were going to be closing soon. When I told them the problem all I got was sorry cant help you but hey go to this other place. Went to the other place to be td the same thing. It was 415pm! I'm from out of state and my tire sensor came on. I called and spoke with Dean. He asked me what service I needed and said they will get to me ASAP. I arrived five minutes later. Dean entered my info and they pulled the car in. They did a patch plug. I'd never seen a patch plug. He showed me the plug and explained why they use this method. Terrible customer service, had 4 tires installed + alignment on our 2007 Honda civic (90k miles) and while the labour seems to be decent so far (no mechanical vibration) or issue with the wheels. However, we have to get the car professionally detailed after their mechanic sat in it. We keep our cars pristine and always clean, he could tell that from the blanket on the rear set where the tires were, instead there was oil and dirt all over the seat from his overalls, the door guards all covered in dirt and oil as well, interior carpet near the gas pedal dirty as well. The car looked like new inside when it was brought in and 2 hours later it was worse than a pigsty. He also took the car for an unapproved test drive, never asked us and I have never had a car taken out after an alignment, a low speed test wont show any wobble anyways, its highway that means something. As a car enthusiast and part time mechanic at home fixing everything up to tranny rebuild, motors, etc I can say i have never seen such dirty work and carelessness with a car's interior. I had to get this done because I cannot balance tires myself. After reading reviews here, I will have a local shop redo the alignment and check the torque specs on my wheels. So as a word of caution, maybe the service is ok, but the attention to your interior is absolute 0. I will not be using this location in the future. P.S. coffee machine inside says "please help yourself to a complimentary coffee", the coffee pot has dissolved salt from the water that was once there many years ago, looks like it maybe operated many years ago. Cruel joke ? Overall extremely disappointed with their service, also took many hours to finish the work, almost 3 hours for 4 tires to be installed and an alignment. read more

I have been to Mr. Tire on Military a few times in the last several months and continue to be impressed. They have a very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and make you feel welcomed. They repaired my tire promptly and at a very reasonable price. Chris was very down to earth and took the time to educate me on the issue my vehicle was having. They are very honest and I didn't feel any pressure to get more done on my car than it needed at the time. I would definitely go back and would recommend this location of Mr. Tire to family and friends. read more

I was going to give them a good review. Good thing I waited. Went to get a tire repair and they could not find a leak, said it was a rapid seal leak and they just resealed it. 2 days later I'm at another tire shop with the same problem. Mavis Tire showed me the leak and are replacing the tire right now. I guess I should went to Mavis first! I only went to Mr. Tire because there were opened earlier and had a free flat repair coupon. I guess you get what you pay for. I'd not trust this shop!!! read more
