Had my domestic vehicle, Ford Escape, 2008, towed there for re-attach of dislocated 'Serpentine Belt' which detached during the recent Ice Storm on start up. At the time, March 1/23, "Steve" had all three of his Bays filled with three vehicles and told me at the time of the towed arrival of my vehicle and me it would be four hours before he could make a needed auto hoist available before he could do the work. I Explained I'm disabled but would walk three blocks to Giant Tiger to a bit of needed shopping, return and wait. Forty minutes later I returned to notice my vehicle was no longer parked in the spot the tow truck driver of 'Robbins' towing service was not there. Euro Mobil owner and master mechanic, pulled-Straight-out - one of the three hoisted vehicles with no steering ("blown hydraulic steering line") and brought my vehicle in during the forty minutes I was away. "Steve" came out of the bays to say smiling - I'm working on your vehicle now. NO FOUR OUR WAIT ! Charged me forty dollars and would Not take ten dollar tip!! Just asked that in future, as with all his customers, bring your vehicle, register the problem and leave the vehicle for the day. A very-kind Man and master mechanic and low prices!! I wanted to say, consider "Euro Mobil AutoHouse" at Welland Ave & Geneva St for honest good work on your troubled Foreign or Domestic Auto service. Remember Drop and Leave. He's that busy. They had the Ariens Platinum 30" 414cc snowblowers in stock and on sale. When I walked in, they had my machine all prepped ready to go with a sold sign on it. (Pay cash if you can so you don't get charged a small percentage if you put it on your card) They saved me about $300...plus the great customer service made the 30 minute drive from West Seneca worth it. I did try to deal with Schaub Equipment in West Seneca since they are just 5 minutes away from me. I will never again step foot in that place. Their customer service skills are terrible...nothing new though with this place. Miserable and condescending p****s.

More recently I had a slow leak in a different vehicle tire, we had purchased the tires and had them installed at the BJ's down the street because were "members", I tried to take the tire to them for maintenance & was unable to make an appointment. Although, I think the services would have been less expensive at BJ's I value my time more than sitting on hold for 25 minutes & never speaking with a single sole... I ordered a new tire from Enns and arrived for my appointment to have my tire replace. Enns managed to fix my punctured tire in 20 minutes and saved me from purchasing a new tire. I have found the employees to be very nice,honest & thorough . Their prices are not too bad for being local and working on commission. I usually always deal with Mark & Jessie. Both of them always know what they're talking about & get the job done in a very timely manner. I get cards in the mail with discounts,coupons,etc. They give good deals a lot of times. They're also rude when you decline the services. I had been going to a different Monro for several years but it had closed so I went to this Monro to have an oil change done. I get a call saying they need to replace my muffler (it was getting a little loud so I was expecting that in the call)... "oh and your rotors need to be replaced and honestly these windshield wipers aren't good either they need to be replaced and we can do that for you... also these tires are looking pretty old. (I had literally replaced them the year prior) I decline the services and take my car to another shop - the new shop said "yes, you need a new piece for your muffler but everything else looks good on the car. Whoever you went to was looking for a cash grab." So what Monro told me was going to me $3k+ of work ended up costing me a couple hundred dollars. This is exactly what people (especially women) are afraid of when going to an auto shop. Predatory salesmen trying to scam you. Do better.
