My 2026 Honda Civic was vandalized shortly after purchase from this dealership (all four wheels stolen). The car was returned to the dealership on Feb 16. At no point did I ever receive a written estimate for the repairs--not from the dealership, and not from my insurance company. I only obtained the estimate/invoice because I called Geico myself and asked for it, and the representative confirmed in a voice mail he did not know why it did not take place. Despite this, the dealership went ahead with the repairs. On Feb 21, I went in to pay the amount stated ($4,573), but the Geico check could not be processed. An employee named Dakota told me the dealership would wait for the insurance check to arrive by mail. Then on Feb 25, I received an email from the service manager, Johnny Rodriguez, demanding immediate pickup and claiming "storage fees" of $825, increasing to $1,100 the next day. I have attached a screenshot of this email. The tone was intimidating and completely inappropriate, especially given that no estimate had ever been provided or authorized and the check had still not arrived in the mail. There were also multiple hang‑up calls during this time. When I arrived to pick up the car, "Johnny" did not identify himself--I had to ask him directly. The car had been left outside for weeks, covered in dust and bird droppings, despite the dealership threatening "storage fees". I ultimately had to involve the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to stop the harassment. BAR resolved the issue within days. Without them, I don't know how this would have ended. No customer should have to involve a state agency to prevent a service manager from using pressure tactics. I will not be returning to this dealership. I can't say how sorry I am that I ever walked into this place.

My Nefu was shopping for a car and couldn't get approved ANYWHERE. As soon as he told me I immediately said you have to go to Quality Auto Sales they seriously work magic over there. Well, we went in and had he had no hope (except for some places that said they'd in-house him with a huge down payment) as he had been denied everywhere. Quality came to the rescue! They also offered buy here pay here, but they got him financed with a bank and even wiped down the car I got from them when we were waiting. The team there is the best from their cars, selection, service, warranties (which saved me a ton of money a year after I got my car). My credit is excellent now thanks to them and my Nefu is now on his way to rebuilding them. Seriously these guys are a different breed. A totally different experience than other dealers. Came back the next day and bought the car on the spot. Extremely hospitable and would 100% go to for my car needs down the road. That interaction was so far into the cliche, high pressure, "What can we do to get you into this car today" experience that I was pretty much put off of buying there, even before they went back to 'get me the numbers' on the car. (Note, they never gave me the price on the car and the sticker omitted it so that hour was a waste). So going back to dealing with Future Chevrolet, I entered the dealership a little bit annoyed. Muhammad Asad, who called me about the vehicle and Gavin the sales manager were very helpful. There was no pressure or haggling needed. I knew the price of the car before I even saw the car. The sales team made buying the car incredibly easy. There was very little upselling in the finance department. Just paperwork, a handshake and most importantly, the car I was looking for. I meant to do this review earlier and was reminded to post this because the unnamed "leading Chevy dealer in Northern California" in an automall has texted and called me from now five different people over the last 10 days, trying to get me to step on the lot and look at cars for sale.
