Looked online for a decent price on a car I found a 2015 dodge journey with Atlas Motorz the brother's were nice and very friendly explained any questions I had. Went on a test drive they were very helpful if I needed any questions about the inside of car. While doing paperwork they were thorough and explain warranties. Bought vehicle our right plus warranty. I would recommend if you are looking for a fair price.

Great customer service Sam and Ali are amazing they worked with us and the banks to provide us a great deal! they gave us our time and didnt peer pressure us into anything he in fact let us go shop to see if any other place could beat his offer and sure enough we were back this is our second vehicle we buy we last bought a 2010 Chrysler 300 3 years ago and vehicle has not given us any problems. I had given up hope finding a good dependable car and I came across Atlas Motors, immediately they made me feel comfortable. I felt like they were doing what was in my best interest and not just trying to sell me a car. Not only did I get my car from them they made sure I got a great deal as well as a first time buyer. Unfortunately four months after I got my car someone hit it and my car was totaled. We went to another dealership looking to buy a car, after we felt like we may have been dealing with a sub par place, we walked past here just to browse. We saw a car that instantly drew us in and Danny kindly approached us, was not too pushy or "sales-man" like and immediately answered our questions. Worst experience ever . traded a nice car in and paid 7000 dollars on top of that only too get a Lemon , drove off the lot check engine light popped up took car back too get fixed they had car for a week they finally let us pick it up drove it for a car A DAY check engine popped back on , took it too another mechanic paid them 650 tooo fix something still check engine popped back on so i called atlas and told them the light came on so they told me bring car and they would fix it so dropped it off again they called said they fixed it drove it for a 1 days same light popped up . they sold me a bad car keep having to put money into it they got over sold me a bad car WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY read more

The car had $700+ in issues 2 weeks later. They like to manipulate people to do reviews, unbelievable. Place is a shack in a shady area. Car had no gas so I agreed to do a 5 star review for measly $20 smh. Attitude, offended that I'm displeased with the car, not doing anything to fix the problem. DMV investigations it is. read more

As most of you I'm naturally skeptical making a major purchase. The sales rep (Sam) calm and relaxed, it was no pressure to buy. I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger, overall good condition and it drives well. I completed my usually driving routine for a few days ~200 miles and it hasn't given me any issues. I did financing with significant down payment. He worked with different banks to find the lowest APR. As I went through the financing process, Sam answered any questions and was straight forward. Those in the market, feel free to bring by your mechanic (it's welcomed), test drive the car, remember you're buying a used car, ask tons of questions when financing (he's helpful). They are running a bait and switch scam! They are using fake profiles on Facebook marketplace to lure you with a low priced car. When you get there they say they sold it (just talked to the guy 30 min prior) and show you the same car you were there to buy for s higher price. Then they quickly remove the fake profile and replace it with another one with the same cars on it for the same low prices. This prevents you from giving them a bad review because the way Facebook marketplace works. Well I hope this review gets published! Scam dealership- beware! read more

I have finally financially recovered from purchasing a vehicle here in 2015,. The brake line in the car was severed and haphazardly reattached, causing the brakes to fail less then 3 days after purchasing on a busy highway in Berkeley. I am lucky to be alive. We came to view a vehicle listed with multiple features: spoiler, moon roof, push-to-start, etc. Upon physical inspection, the car had none of these features. When we raised this discrepancy, the salesperson responded: "It doesn't matter, those things cost more anyway." That is not a misunderstanding. That is a legal misrepresentation of goods for sale, and an attempt to push through a contract containing false vehicle specifications. I calmly informed the salesperson that I am currently suing another dealership for a nearly identical issue -- misrepresenting vehicle features in a contract -- and I advised him to ensure the paperwork matched what was actually being sold. Within 60 seconds, the dealership canceled the sale on their end, despite the fact that we were ready to pay in full. He did not apologize, revise the paperwork, or clarify. He simply collapsed the deal. Why this matters legally: Under California Civil Code § 1770 (CLRA - Consumer Legal Remedies Act), it is unlawful to represent that goods (including vehicles) have characteristics they do not possess. Listing features a vehicle does not have, then attempting to execute a contract containing those claims, is a violation of this law and exposes the dealer to civil liability -- including actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney's fees. Even if they blame "auto-populated systems," the dealer is still responsible for verifying documents presented to the buyer. Failure to correct known falsehoods, followed by an attempt to execute a sale, is intentional deception -- not a clerical error. Had we signed, this could have led to: A voidable contract Civil penalties And possibly even a DMV fraud report The red flag here: He didn't attempt to fix it. He didn't apologize. He simply canceled the cash sale -- because he knew we had legal standing to challenge it. If you're buying a car here, you must triple-check the contract against the actual vehicle. Any mismatch could result in you being held liable for features that don't exist. That's how predatory dealerships trap low-information buyers. Final note: This was not a "bad experience." This was a near-fraudulent transaction that we stopped because we knew the law. Most people don't. That's why reviews like this matter. We left without a car -- but also without a lawsuit, because we caught it in time. Be smarter than the paperwork. And read every line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. We visited this location to purchase a vehicle today. Thank god we purchased the extra warranty on this vehicle as the dealership no longer wants any responsibility, was told its out of their hands and a warranty problem. A vehicle that fails this quickly is not roadworthy, and buyers should be extremely cautious. Strongly recommend independent inspections and everything in writing from this dealership.

That immediately raised concerns for me about the dealership's reconditioning process and the overall condition of its inventory. We also observed six separate rock-chip impact points on the front windshield, a partially worn windshield seal, and what felt like an unstable suspension during the drive. The dealership agreed to repair the A/C but refused to replace the windshield, offering only to fill the chips with resin. They had their mechanic inspected the suspension and come back saying it was good. Based on what I experienced, I decided to walk away and take my business elsewhere. In my opinion, the vehicle was not in the condition I expected, and I left with concerns about their thoroughness of the inspection and reconditioning process.

They also offered buy here pay here, but they got him financed with a bank and even wiped down the car I got from them when we were waiting. The team there is the best from their cars, selection, service, warranties (which saved me a ton of money a year after I got my car). My credit is excellent now thanks to them and my Nefu is now on his way to rebuilding them. Seriously these guys are a different breed. A totally different experience than other dealers. The deal itself was excellent, but what truly stood out to me was what happened after the purchase. Sam, the owner of Excel Motors, went above and beyond to make sure the car was right. He took the time to address every issue that needed attention and ensured that any conditions requiring repair were properly handled. This level of service after the sale is something I've honestly never experienced--neither from independent used car dealers nor from major new car dealerships. In my experience, once most dealerships finalize the paperwork, their involvement ends. That was not the case here. Sam remained attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. Getting a great price is always important, but having a dealer who stands behind the car and takes care of the customer after the sale is what really matters. Based on my experience, Excel Motors delivers on that in a way that's rare in this industry.

I had an experience this morning that I actually had on Facebook Live, where this man actually had the nerve and gall to call me a liar, making implications that I would actually put less than premium gas in the vehicle I purchased from him. Even though that was swaying from the discussion of the convertible top that will not resend on the car, because of a hydraulic problem that he apparently had been aware of, spoken to about on the night that I purchased the car 3 weeks ago, (the same night) as well as the headlight which displayed being non functional during the ride home and again, told the owner about as soon as I arrived home in a text, phone message and email. I returned to get repairs to the car and he spoke as if I was lucky and he was doing me a favor to be even talking to me. After hours of waiting, the headlight was never fixed, and i was actually accused of shorting out the electrical wiring by doing something to the bulb, and the top issue was "resolved" by him explaining the steps in filling the reservoir with fluid and it would be fine. Ar this point presumably he must had meant to fill the reservoir up at every occasion I chose to retract or resend the top, because it malfunctioned on the very first time I attempted to put it up and my trunk is stuck in an unlocked position for the hard top. Today after my wife and I drove to a set appointment, he tried to charge me labor and time for the top and said he would fix the light as a favor. Also to sign another form or contract before he would start the work. This point of time I was passed furious, because he told me he had already done 3 hours of work on the car the first time I brought it in. Yeah, well, you also counted 7 thousand of my dollars and sold a lesser than quality product. He told me I was threatening him and that didn't matter because people do it all the time and he's not afraid. I'm sure he meant that in a way to project his courage, but a he said when i heard that was, cheating people is a regular occurrence with him and he doesn't mind doing it. FUCK THIS PLACE! Just like that, and thwy will be hearing from my attorney. DON'T DO IT! SAVE YOURSELF

You win some and lose some.. it was my dream car and in excellent condition one owner low ish miles so I made the purchase. I asked if their mechanic had gone thru the car they said YES. Got the car in march, by June I have spent almost $5000 fixing the car. I'm convinced they cleared the check engine codes. Had to do the alternator and the timing chain and when I got it home I realized the oil was FILTHY and one of the tires ended up blowing out completely. The loan people they use will not stop harassing me trying to bully me into getting a black card with them calling over and over again from different numbers. This has been overall a terrible experience. They wanted me to do a review that same day and I would have given them 5 stars then but knowing what I know now I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. They had even offered me a warranty but then retracted the offer because the car is a 2010. Another red flag was them talking down to and about one of their potential customers basically calling the person cheap and annoying for trying to get the best deal and being pushy about it... smart customer, honestly, and I wish I would have been more pushy myself about price and at least negotiating some basic maintenance on the car before purchase.

They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at reasonable prices, but 916 Auto Repair has done that for me. Definitely recommended.

My AC Drier was cracked and inoperable since last year. In this region of the Sacramento Valley and Placer County, 916 Auto quote beat 5 shops I contacted in the region and 1 shop even told me it's not worth it and I should get a new car. Bet if my car was a 69 Camaro, they'd do it. Why? Cause its a Classic Camaro. No matter the condition. Some shops don't want to work on Imports. But oh well. Their loss, not mine. I contacted 916 Auto and spoke to Samson to schedule an appointment and he said to come by that very same day. And so I drove from Roseville to Gold River that morning. Samson is honest & to the point. When he pulled my car in, he noticed a coolant leak. Now I didn't notice any leaks in my driveway, as it would seem the Coolant is evaporating or dissipating, but he notice it was getting on my Alternator, by the stains. It turns out, my OEM water pump (factory part since 2003 for this model year in 2004) finally gave out at 262K miles. Who'd ever think a Mazda/Ford part would last this long. This was an unexpected thought as I only had budgeted for the quote. So I called my CFO (Wife) and let her know of the issue. She said get it fixed and she'll adjust other expenses as she knows I need AC for the upcoming summer temps. So I authorized Samson to proceed with the entire job. Now I can't couldn't do any price comparison, but he did give me a discount which still fit in my overall budget. I spent my whole day in their lobby. They have updated their lobby to make it feel more comfortable and less Auto Shop feel. I notice the many people who drop by to have their car service are all happy and are returning customers. From a Dealership oil drain plug that was torqued too tight, to oil changes, brakes, and even a customer who was a bit upset where the Dealership sent the wrong part twice. The Dealership. I spoke to many of them and they all had the same answer when I ask. "What made you come here?" They replied, "Their price can't be beat!". In summary, my AC is now working as it should. Now I only used my AC for 2 whole days It gets cold and it has been awhile since I have felt cold in my aging car of 22 years. With my new water pump installed as well, my car is running smoother overall. Smoother shifts, heater gets warm fast. Almost, now almost like it was in 2004. So, Did I find a new shop for my Project Commuter Car? Yes I sure did. They have gotten a new customer. Up next is my Transmission Gasket & plug. One thing at a time! Have fun out there & do your research!

Let me share our story. We were looking to finance a used car to build my wife's credit. She wanted a Mazda 6 (HARDEST MODERN CAR TO FIND PERIOD). We went on craigslist and saw that Atlas had one. On first look it seems ok good inventory sketch neighborhood but it has the car. And after our time at a different place (see previous reviews) we were like what's the worst that could happen? We were greeted IMMEDIATELY by the salesman. Young guy some facial hair but nice as hell. He showed us the car he knew everything about the car and other cars on the lot. So we left looked around came back test drove a 2004 mazda 6 V6. Very nice car but it had a suspension issueI told him about it and he was like we'll fix it. I decided to walk away. A week goes by and we went back because we saw a different Mazda there. He fixed and sold the first one, awesome, but he had a 2006 Impala LTX VERY NICE had the carfax test drove it SMOOTH. So we bought it. He bent over backwards to get us approved. The owner she even watched the kids so we could test drive it. The service you get here is amazing from a small humble looking dealership in a crappy part of town. I will buy every car from now on from this dealership. read more

We recently purchased a vehicle from Atlas Motors. They were very professional to deal with and were able to answer all our questions. We are very satisfied with with the the service we received. We would recommend them. Updated 1/31/19 I am changing my review of this business. After our purchase we had to put over 5K repairs into the vehicle we bought. Our license plates were mailed to Atlas Motors and they never bothered contacting us. After not getting them in the mail we drove over to see if they had them and they said no. After we left they called me and said they actually did have them. We made arrangements to pick them up the next day. When we arrived at the time we agreed upon nobody was even at the business even though it was 45 minutes after their opening hours. Again we called them and they said that they would mail them. A week and a half and still nothing in the mail. Made another call and we were told the plates had been mailed and that they would check with the post office. Finally my husband went today to the car lot and they had the license plates filed in their office. Really!! read more

Where do I start.., so I bought a vehicle from these guys back in September and let me tell you these guys were beyond helpful in the fact that like 2 weeks later my tire popped and I had little hope they would replace it anyways but thought to myself might as well try. I called them expecting an argument and Ali the salesmen immediately told me to bring it in. I came in the same day, they took the car, had the tire replaced and brought it back to me all in about 20 minutes. Super professional, extremely caring, and as long as you're patient with them they will take care of you. For all these other reviewers, their car probably got repossessed and the first thing they do is write a review in retaliation. Maybe make your payment and you wouldn't have these issues. Such a shame what these guys have to go through. Will recommend them to my closest family and I consider them family, they even told me to come by anytime and share a cup of coffee. Bought my DREAM car from Atlas Motors today and I couldn't be happier. I came into the office in search for a car that couldn't be found anywhere else but Atlas Motors had it in the lot along with other hard to find vehicles. They have a vehicle for just about everyone and they are more than willing to work out a way for you to drive one of them home. My past experiences with dealers is usually a chess match but with these guys it was a smooth process from beginning to end, there was no "think about it and let us know", rather they worked back and forth with their team of lenders to find me a deal I was happy with, not once was I pressured into making a deal I wasn't ready for. That is what you expect from a family owned business that has been doing this for well over a decade. The cars are one thing but the service is a whole other thing on the spectrum. Sam has all the mileages and years for every car memorized along with package items for certain cars. I could ask him how many owners for a vehicle and he had it stored up top. some of the vehicles did not impress me but I did find a Lexus is350 super nice. I guess there's a car out there for every person lol. I drove it and instantly fell in love. Sam spent about 15-20 mins getting me an approval looking for banks with the best rates and lowest down payment possible I could do. I forgot to mention I visited 3 dealers before atlas which could not get me approved. Should've went to them from the beginning. Definitely 5 star service and good vehicles depending on what you're looking for. I recommend Sam for your car shopping needs, def a down to earth guy. read more

To Sam W, if you were foolish enough to buy a car without checking oil or other fluids and not checking all the lights during your test drive you should not blame the dealership. My wife and I found ourselves in desperate need of a car and went to Atlas Motors. Our credit is very bad and we held out little hope of getting a car but we had to try. The owners Mike and his wife were very kind and helpful. We looked at several cars. We test drove a couple and one smelled hot and one the hood would not close so Sam we did not buy. I found a Mustang and drove it, liked it and bought it. I have had the car for five months now and put over five thousand miles on it with no problems. I would and have recommended Atlas Motors to buy a car, especially if you have less than perfect credit. read more

I have been shopping around for a few weeks now, and many people know how tough the process can be. It's such a hassle with the process of aggressive sale people trying to push me onto things I do not like. I came around to Atlas Motors and the brothers Sam and Ali took care of me. Made me feel incredibly comfortable with no pressure. Passed me the keys too a bmw 550i supercharged that caught my eye. Told me to take my time, if I liked it they would cut me a solid deal. I loved the vehicle, drove smooth and they gave me an out the door price covering much of the tax fees. Their vehicles come with the Carfax, smog inspection, and an option to bring your own mechanic or take it to a nearby mechanic. Definitely recommend!!!! read more

I bought a 2006 Gmc yukon from Atlas motors and let me say there employees are very well trained. he talked me through all my options, i test drove the car. there were like 2 dents but other than that the car was very smooth. I filled out a credit application and waited for an answer from the bank. While i was waiting they even offered to buy me something to drink. once i got the approval that they guaranteed. We started on the paperwork etc etc. It was a great experience. They treated me like family. I drove the car off the lot and they sent me my tags in the mail the next week. These guys are fast! After having a bad experience at my local ford dealership, i found another car i was interested in here, when i called Sam he made me feel like family, i told him about the bad experience i had at ford and he promised me that he would make the deal work for me and he did!!! Im super happy with my 2019 mustang gt! nice cars, great service, patient people... What more can I ask for? I went to 5 different dealerships before atlas motors and none of them were able to work with me due to my "kids being to loud".. The finance manager at Atlas was very patient and i was surprised due to the fact that my kids were yelling and screaming the whole time. He even went next door and bought them something to drink while i finished up the paperwork. Ive had my car for 2 months now and havent had any problems.
