    I sell cars for a living in San Diego, but Future Honda never knew that, and that's what makes this review matter. I walked in as just another customer helping my brother buy his first car, and they treated us with the same care and respect you hope for but rarely find in this business. We'd been to several dealerships, and nothing felt right. I was nervous about my brother's interest rate, worried he'd fall in love with the wrong car, and honestly, I was relentless because I wanted the absolute best for him. But Future Honda was different. They didn't flinch. They broke down every number, answered every question, and never once pressured us. Every doubt I had, they came back with a real solution. That level of transparency and professionalism? It's rare, even for someone like me who sees how dealerships operate every day. David Bayan, Chris, Omar, and the sales managers (I was too focused on the process to catch all their names) went above and beyond. They didn't know I was in the industry. They didn't have to impress me. And yet, they did. Future Honda didn't just sell my brother a car. They proved that integrity and customer service still exist in this business. And that's why they've earned every bit of this 5-star review.

    Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and "premium services." Got m car back ad seemed fine for the few miles, drove it the few miles to Walmart. Came home steering is rough. My husband drove it checked it and he got absolutely angry. The lug nuts on the right front tire had only been hand tightened and I had already lost 2 lug nuts.

    It's been 3 months since we've purchased our 2023 Honda Pilot and we are still just as happy with our purchase as we were the first day! My FIL has come here for all of their cars over the last 15+ years and has never encountered any dissatisfaction. I now know why he highly recommended their dealership to us. Tareq Samaha was our salesman who assisted us from start to finish. I spotted the car online, got in contact with him, confirmed what amount we were actually purchasing the car for, put our $500 deposit to hold the vehicle when it arrived, did our test drive and rolled out the lot with less than 5 miles on it! Tareq answered all our questions with confidence, was very accommodating to our needs, never once rushed or pressured us, and did a wonderful job explaining all the functions of the Pilot. Our appointment was pretty late in the evening (this was on my part) which left us doing paperwork and insurance calls late. Despite keeping him until almost 10 pm at night he was extremely patient throughout our whole transaction. Shout out to Robert Clark who also was just as outstanding assisting us with the Accounting aspect of things! Thank you Future Honda (FKA Maita Honda)!

    This place was okay. Service was decent while I looked around. When they decided I wasn't going to buy today I was pretty much left alone.

During the test drive there was a slight off feeling while accelerating, and he told me that it had not been driven in a while and that the tires needed time and air to adjust. I was on my way to Texas just a day or two later and almost flew off the road, both CV joints were busted.The guys at Brake Masters said that this was a pre-existing problem with the car. The dealer refused to pay for the services, said there is a 30 day warranty on mechanical issues as such regarding this and brakes but is claiming because they sold me the car for cheap that it is fair for them to not pay. I have filed in small claims court and complained to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, and left a review on google. They are refusing to refund me for the money spent just on the joints that were busted when I got the car and the man lied to me when I specifically asked about it.

In January of 2017 I contacted tony to take a look at and fix my warrantied car. My car was smoking badly on cold start up and went through a quart of oil every week. ZERO OIL LEAKS. my car ran fine, I just wanted him to fix this problem. I had to keep calling him because he wouldn't call me back. Until one week before my warranty was up. I called and said I was dropping the car off for them to fix. He quickly called me back and said that the problems were not covered under warranty. Without even looking at the vehicle. Fast forward to six months into financing, and he calls me and says he would like to get some good reviews from me so he's willing to fix my vehicle. After having the vehicle for one week, he returned it to me with paperwork from tire king, a tire shop, saying they did my engine repairs. Out of curiosity when I got home from picking up the car I called tire king to see if they did engine repairs and they flat out told me that they did not. Now my car is sitting in my driveway. Broken down. The same day I brought it home, I had oil streaming out of my car. I drove it to Firestone to take a look and the told me my valve gasket was leaking into my timing belt case. And I had an unidentifiable leak coming from further down. Starting cost to see what was wrong? 500$. Just to see. Firestone had just serviced my car a month prior. Never noting in their very detailed paperwork anything about leaks. Because there wasn't any. Now my whole engine compartment is covered in oil. My belts slipped off while I was on the freeway doing 65 and broke. And i have to choose to eat, and pay for the bus to get to work, or put yet ANOTHER GALLON of oil in it. But my car payments due in two days. Guess I should pay that. Thanks tony for the quality customer service, for ruining my car and for being too cheap to fix my car properly. The bureau of automotive repairs has opened a case against you over all of this. And I've also contacted three local news stations. Since that'll probably be the only way for Sierra Valley Auto to fix the damages that they've created. I will also be contacting the other people that left bad yelp reviews because of this same treatment to see if they want to open complaints with the bureau of automotive repairs as well.

They help with financing even if your credit history isn't perfect, and they clearly explain all available options. Another great advantage is that the staff speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Customer service is solid -- no pressure, they answer all questions and assist throughout the entire process. Overall, a very positive experience, I would definitely recommend them.
