This is the third time I've used Steve for a repair job. I have a short term rental that sustained water damage from an upstairs unit. Let me open by saying that any review I write will fall short of how incredibly good Steve and his company are. I had a plumbing disaster that necessitated tearing out walls and floors. I called many contractors and Steve was always reachable and gave me a thorough, itemized estimate in a timely manner. I was going to go with a general contractor, but I soon realized that I would be paying thousands more that I didn't have for the convenience. It wasn't necessary anyway. Steve and his crew were on the job almost immediately and transformed my wreck of a house into a thing of beauty. Steve and his crew did a fantastic job taking out the '80s recessed fluorescent lights out of our kitchen, repairing the drywall, repainting the ceiling, and installing new pendant lights. They even installed a bedroom ceiling light another electrician had told us couldn't be installed because of the odd bracket size, gave us a second opinion on a plumbing issue and recommended a plumber (who later fixed the issue we'd had two plumbers and a contractor out to fix), picked up bulbs for our new lights, and gave us new trim for one of our old lights. I had a cold water pipe leak from the master bathroom upstairs. The plumbers had to cut a hole in the drywall ceiling downstairs to fix the leak. They recommended Steve's Ceiling and Drywall. Mike came over to take a look at the drywall on the ceiling. It was still too wet, so they I had to wait until it dried before they could do any work. Steve came over a couple of days later with a two helpers. They fixed the hole in the drywall and painted the whole ceiling within couple of hours. I also had Steve paint the ceiling in the master bedroom. There were water stains from rain a couple of years before. He recommended Swiss Mocha.
