My poor little 2014 Ford Focus couldn't outrun its famously troublesome transmission. I was quoted $9k to fix it which was more than I paid for the car 5 years ago in the first place, so decided not to move forward with the fix. That said the team here was so incredibly helpful and very kind. I especially liked that they sent me a link via text to a full written workup of everything they looked into with the car, it was even color coded to show what needed immediate attention and what I could theoretically wait to address.
