just the coffee alone was delicious, the staff was incredible, the location is a bit out of the ordinary in a medical building on the third floor. They do offer a drive up order service, which is nice. They are able to adjust the drinks with different milks, sweetness levels and ice. Not too much seating so I wouldn't bring stuff to spend more than 20 minutes there. But overall will come back based on service and coffee alone.
First off what a cute logo. The coffee bean looks so happy in the cup. Coffee is organic and they use oxygenated water which is an upgrade from most coffee shops. They make their syrups in house. I tried the vanilla bean iced coffee at the after glow social wellness event and I must say it hit.
First time here and this place was amazing, I truthfully get the hype around this place. The girls working were super friendly and sweet. They gave great feedback on drink recommendations and had no problem adjusting the sweetness level for me. This place is located in a building on the third floor it was pretty easy to find. They do have like two tables to sit on but the space itself is small. Other then that 10/10 experience The drinks I ordered were a banana caramel iced latte and blueberry matcha (spring menu) both drink were very tasty. I will definitely come back!
Love discovering hidden gems like this! A friend recommended this spot and I'm so glad I checked it out. It's tucked inside a business building on the 3rd floor -- unexpected -- but right there when you step off the elevator. The staff at the counter were incredibly friendly, which feels so refreshing these days. I ordered the vanilla matcha and it was delicious -- smooth and perfectly balanced. They also offer curbside delivery, which is a great bonus. I'm a fan of coffee shops and love supporting small businesses. I'm really happy to have found this one. I'll definitely be back!
Located on the third floor of the office building, take the elevator and it should be right in front of the doors. Got the Honey Cinnamon Latte, pretty tasty and sweet. Price is fair for what the drinks are. The ladies working the stand are very nice, friendly and are quick with the drinks (not busy). There is limited seating in the lobby because it's just like a pop up and the others is reserved for members of the building.

A waiting area inside with a comfy couch or lobby chairs. Service was friendly and welcoming. Tap to pay available. Seasonal drinks, non caffeinated, protein, coffee, lattes and teas. Snack items also available. Visiting for first time with a good friend who introduced me to this place. Definitely glad to try it out. Curbside delivery available with mobile order. Lots of parking right in front. Patio area with a few benches. Right across the street from haven city market.
A little hidden gem (seriously)!!! I got the iced banana matcha with oat milk & vanilla and my fiancé got the iced banana caramel with oat milk. My drink was SO good and my fiancé enjoyed his. I'm not a huge fan of coffee but his was really good. What's really nice as well is you can order curbside pickup. I think it's such a huge bonus to have. I've already used it to get some drinks before heading to my book club. Staff is also so kind. :)
My husband has been wanting to try this coffee shop out and so glad we did. I was confused at first where it was located. It was inside an office building on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They had some people sitting and enjoying their drinks. They also had a lot of regular customers that they knew by name. I ordered an iced banana matcha latte with oat milk and it was smooth and delicious. You can taste the banana flavor without it overpowering the matcha. My husband loved his vanilla latte. We can't wait to come back again !

This place is a hidden gem! It is hidden with in an office building in the 3rd level. The staff were so kind and helpful. They greeted me with smiles and explained to me their menu. I wish I remembered the girls names. The place was not as aesthetic as other places I have been but they have their logo all over the place and it was just so cute. I especially loved their coasters. I ordered a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam. Out of the other places I have tried this was my favorite matcha. The matcha was perfectly mixed with no power left on the bottom and the strawberry syrup was a perfect blend of sweetness. I will definitely be going back soon because i cannot stop thinking of the matcha. read more
Excellent customer service here! Noticed they made sure to speak to each one of their customers. Very small coffee shop located on the 3rd floor of a business building. Really good options and variety. We ordered the banana caramel latte which was delicious; it tasted like banana bread. We also got the island cloud matcha which is coconut juice with a matcha foam, and it was also fire - very refreshing. They even gave my dogs cold foam as a "pup cup." Highly recommend and will be coming again when I'm in the area! read more

I've lived around the area for a while and can't believe I've never been here until now. I ordered the: - Spanish Latte: very creamy with hints of cinnamon. Refreshing as well! Only wished it wasn't filled with too much ice but that's my fault, I should've asked for light ice. Will be visiting again though! read more
5 star banana crème latte 5 star service 2 star ambiance 1. They have BANANA CREAM FOAM. BANANA CREAM! So - despite my 3 star rating, I will definitely be back! It's DELICIOUS. The almond milk based iced latte with BANANA CREAM foam was good quality. Next time, I'll ask that it be half the sweet and it'll be perfection! 2. The $8.50 price was surprisingly high. BUT then I was given a card grants a free drink for every 2 that you buy. Smart! That makes it $5.66 once I get three. Very good value. 3. Staff (maybe owner and employee?) were very friendly and professional. Had a long line of drinks ordered ahead of me - including several for a group of firemen. The wait wasn't bad at all. 4. Ambiance: it's in an office building on the 3rd floor. The space itself is quite nice, and looks like it would be great for studying. Soft couches to sit while waiting for drink. So what's the problem? Customers can't use most of the space! Just a tiny corner. The tables and chairs are all for members of a shared office space business. Signage clearly states "members only" and they even have the space blocked off. It feels like I've been invited to this secret club, only to discover I've been invited to VIEW the secret club. Not to come in. It's very off putting, to say the least. This is not a coffee shop in the traditional sense bc there's not enough space to relax and hang out, not unless you want to be right up under the baristas. With that said, it's a great place to order ahead and pick up a great tasting coffee pick me up. So I will be returning. read more

Steve's Coffee is hands down the best coffee shop in Rancho -- and honestly, even the surrounding cities don't compare. With so many new spots popping up everywhere, nothing comes close to the quality of this place. The customer service is phenomenal. The girls are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel taken care of every single time. You can tell they care about what they do, and it shows in both the service and the drinks. The quality is impeccable -- from the coffee to the matcha. They use high-grade matcha, and you can absolutely taste the difference. The flavor, consistency, and selection are unmatched. Everything is thoughtfully crafted, never rushed, and always spot-on. If you're someone who actually cares about flavor, quality ingredients, and great service, this is the place. I've tried plenty of coffee shops around Rancho and beyond, and Steve's Coffee is in a league of its own. Once you come here, it's hard to go anywhere else. Glad I got to try this hidden gem. It is located on the third floor of a shared office building. Right when you get off the elevator you'll see the sign, can't miss it. Since they are fairly new they are still figuring out what works for them. I love that they offer delivery, pick up, and you can even call ahead of time with your order. Both of the baristas were super friendly! We were able to chat with them while they were making our drinks. I ordered the Banana Caramel Latte and my husband got the Vanilla Matcha Latte. After seeing some people venture to this "hidden gem" of a coffee shop, I knew I needed to try it! Truly a hidden gem, it's located on the third floor of the 8599 building. They're right off the elevator and share space with the coworking space available. We were greeted right away by Jim and Miranda, who were super friendly and helpful. They answered our questions and were so sweet to thank us for giving them a try once we told them it was our first time there. I ordered the seasonal banana caramel latte, my oldest ordered the seasonal lavender matcha latte, and we ordered the magic lemonade for my youngest. Jim and Miranda said we actually ordered all of their favorites from the menu, so we were anxious to try! They also offer milk alternatives, so I went with almond. They were also out of decaf, so I went with just one shot of espresso so I wouldn't be awake for a week. We relaxed on the sofa which is considered part of their shop and just kind of took it all in. Our drinks were ready promptly and they provided us with a drink carrier. We ended up walking out with Jim and he said they take call ahead orders--they're also available on DoorDash for delivery and GrubHub for pickup. He also said they recently upgraded their matcha to enhance the flavor of their drinks. Everything was wonderful! The banana caramel latte was perfect and refreshing! My daughter loved the matcha latte and was raving about it to Jim. My youngest also enjoyed her lemonade. We will definitely be back! read more

Have been wanting to come try Steve's Coffee and I finally got the chance to! It did not disappoint at all. My boyfriend got the Large Gingerbread Latte and I got the Spanish Latte. They were both so yummy and the perfect mix between sweet and coffee. I placed a curbside order through message and it was quick and easy. The girl that brought our drinks out was so nice and cheerful and just made the whole experience great! Would def come again very soon and try more. Also their stickers are so cute! read more

This place is my new favorite honestly!! The customer service is the best here, they really make you feel welcomed and they're so charismatic with their words. Sadly it's so rare to get good customer service nowadays but here they make you feel really welcomed! They answer questions you have as well. I've been here three times already lol... I'm enjoying the iced banana caramel latte and my friend tried the signature iced latte! Another great thing i love about their coffee is it's actually strong, i get the large which has four shots! I enjoy when a coffee spot actually has more than two shots in their drinks tbh but that's just me! They also accept text / phone orders! I haven't actually sat down to hangout there but when i went it was quiet, i'm not too sure how much space they have tho. Just a heads up it's on the third floor of the building ! read more
My absolute favorite coffee place. They are the sweetest workers and great coffee. I love their matcha latte and vanilla latte. It's located inside a building, but not hard to find. Tons of parking which is convenient. Easy morning coffee pick up which is why they are my go-to morning coffee spot. You can text them your order and it's ready when you go pick it up. As an avid coffee drinker, I look forward to trying the coffee, and espresso itself (dark) so that I can get a full blown taste of the roast, and give a more in depth review. As a local I've been wanting to try them out and I finally did! I got the golden sunrise w/ banana cold foam which was gone in less than 5 min for so good it was OMG my cousin got the Apple pie matcha w/ oat milk which I got a couple sips of & the matcha was delicious just lacking a little in the apple flavor. All of this was topped off the with best customer service from these 2 young ladies. They were the sweetest and made my experience memorable. It was my first time visiting Steve's. It's pretty easy to get here. If you've never been here you go inside the building and it's on level 3 when you get off the elevator it's right in front. I tried the Spanish latte w no cinnamon, vanilla bean latte &the pumpkin spiced latte. I unfortunately didn't enjoy any of the drinks. The Spanish was too sweet for my liking & the vanilla had no flavor I felt like all the ice watered it down & the pumpkin drink it had a weird after taste. While I was waiting for my drinks a girl ordered her drinks(4) and proceeded to say I'm going to do a review & the barista said she would give her, her whole order for free. I'm only adding this to my review because reviews should be unbiased and hers would probably not be real considering her order was free. It was unfortunate I didn't like my drinks having read so many good reviews. read more

Located on the third floor and if you're looking for that coffee score? Then rest assure when that elevator opens and you're at the door. We were on the hunt for a quick fix and luckily our handy dandy Yelp app led us here. Considered a hidden gem buuut not anymore if I'm writing about it! LoL! Anywho, ordered a couple of ice coffee drinks and they were the Vanilla Bean latte and their Signature. The Signature was a brown sugar and mocha mixture with a dash of cinnamon. I usually like my coffee strong so for me it wasn't as potent as I'm used to but it's all good because now I know where I can get some in the afternoon without being up ALL night! LoL! The service was good and they have a couple of table tops in the front. And that's my take on this not so hidden gem now thanks to our handy dandy Yelp app! Peace... read more
FINALLY got to try this place after reading so many reviews about the coffee shop outside of the third floor elevator. I was in town on a weekday and needed an afternoon coffee and Steve's was walking distance from where I was at. I exited the elevator and there it was, Steve's coffee cart right in the doorway of some cowork space. The girls working there were so nice! I was confused as to why there were so many mixed reviews on the employees, but the ladies I got were totally cordial, made conversation the whole time and asked the right questions: How did you hear about us? Is this your first time here? What do you have going on today? I ordered the Fresas con crema and it was exactly that, a strawberry cold foam iced beverage. It was a little sweet for me, but it was very good, no lack of flavor or boldness. They are open until 7 pm! Definitely had a great experience and may visit again due to proximity and if the line's not long. read more

The coffee is coffee'ing! Great customer service, friendly face, and great tasting coffee. Price is a little excessive - $20+ for 2 large coffees seems like a stretch, but can now say it was worth it. I appreciate a coffee with a kick. It's located on the 3rd floor. Definitely a hidden gem!!! Service was 11/10!! I asked for recommendations and the young man who took my order was super friendly and patient! He explained the menu to me in detail. I love that this coffee shop uses organic and clean ingredients. Definitely very few out there. All their syrups are homemade and is what makes them different. Great customer services, the staff is very informative about their drink menu and helpful with guiding customers on what to try if they are indecisive. Everything I've tried has been good so far. It's a small coffee that's well maintained. Love that the they have a loyalty customer card. Highly recommend checking them out and supporting small businesses.
