I live pretty close to klatch to so I walk over with my family all the time and I've always had such a great experience with everyone. A lot of the staff already recognize in person, but today was the absolute worst service I have gotten I placed an order online and a glitch cause for them to not receive my full Order so when I had it picked up I spoke to them let them know what it was and they wanted me to Make a secondary order even though I had already purchased the item. It became so hostile to the point I wanted to never come back it was so frustrating I spoke to Sara the manager and explained the situation and instead of assist she wanted the same at this point I wanted a refund and they could keep everything I order at the end of it Sara took Care of the issue and made the missed drink which I truly appreciate because if the lack of communication due to no one speak Spanish and system issue. This has left a disappointing taste to a place i absolutely love going to and spend time with my kids while enjoy a coffee I love. Stopped by Klatch Coffee after having some BBQ nearby. With several locations in Southern California they focus on using specialty-grade beans, use direct trade sourcing and have several in house syrups they make themselves. Creme Brulé latte ($6.25 -16.oz) - I ordered this iced, and I was really impressed with how smooth and rich the coffee was. It wasn't overly sweet and had a great caramel flavor with some vanilla undertones. Overall, I really enjoyed my drink. Service was friendly and orders were being completed in a timely manner. I loved this place so much! Amazing healthy food options! Creative menu and so delicious! I loved the coffee and food so much! Great spot for some coffee in Ontario! Came here on a Monday morning and got a chocolate croissant with cappuccino. The croissant was delicious and the coffee was solid. The staff was really nice and helpful! The restroom was out of order, which was a bit disappointing since I was planning to stay here to study and read for a couple hours, but the staff was nice enough to let me use the employee restroom, though I had to ask. There is a decent amount of seating inside, most of which was barstool seating. Plenty of outdoor seating in the plaza. read more

Conveniently located coffee spot on a busy commute street in Ontario. This Klatch is the first I've been to, but seen them around. This place is a regional chain and gets lots of traffic. I've visited a couple of times and there have been lines, but the folks here do a great job of being efficient, while being very friendly. I usually get the regular drip or one of the pour overs if I have a bit of time. I've also had a few of their breakfast items now and they've been tasty. At this point, I've tried one of their pastries and a couple of their breakfast sandwiches. I've been happy with my order each time. The beginning of a road trip so it was coffee time !! My daughter knew of this place as she lives in SoCal. Plenty of outside seating with enough inside as well. Came here a second time and was pretty satisfied but I still think there's room for improvement. I initially ordered an iced caramel latte but the employees let me know that the caramel syrup these use for it includes milk as an ingredient. Bummer! I ended up opting for an iced vanilla latte. The iced vanilla latte was amazing and I love how fresh their coffee tastes. I also ordered a bacon avocado toast because I was getting hungry. I was a little disappointed that they made the bacon avocado toast with roma tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes (as advertised in the promo photo on the menu). The employee that brought it out apologized that they didn't have the right tomatoes and had to improvise with roma tomatoes. I appreciate them for letting me know and didn't think it was going to be that big of a deal. I didn't think the tomatoes would make much of a difference until I tried it-I definitely think the cherry tomatoes would've upped the flavor of this bacon avocado toast. The inside is a bit small with stools kind of in the way of the line if long, and in the way of people waiting for their food and drinks. If I could I would give this place 3.5 stars, not 3. Coffee 10/10, food 8/10, service 3/10. I don't know what their deal is but they should be a little more friendly to customers. They should greet customers as they walk in the door and thank them as they leave but they don't. They don't say a word! Good customer service goes a long way. And at a coffee shop?? Stopped at klatch coffee before work to get some coffee decided to order the crème Brûlée iced latte large size . The color was a little too light for my liking but the coffee overall was good . The cup was not filled to the top either . I also asked if they had any foam top and they only had one flavor so wasn't able to get that either . read more

The 1st time I came here 3 years ago,  I was not impressed, but I wanted to give it another try, and I'm glad I did.  We stopped this Saturday morning. Came here to try their new fall drinks. I ordered the Whipped Pumpkin which comes with their pumpkin flavored whipped espresso, oat milk, and pumpkin sauce. Unfortunately, the cup was mostly ice and maybe a sip and a half of coffee buried in whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. First time first time going to Klatch Coffee at this location in Ontario. This Klatch Coffee location is located at the shopping center at the corner of Haven and Concours. There is plenty of parking available in my personal opinion,but it would depend on the time of day. I get there and I was welcomed by the friendly staff. I was assisted by Dan and he was very helpful and took the time to break down the options on the menu. It has been awhile that I have been to Klatch Coffee and I remember that their Lattes were my favorites. Looking at the menu, there was one that caught my attention. My eye was looking at Hazy Days Latte. It comes with: housemade hazelnut milk and a balanced blend of chocolate and white chocolate. After I placed my order, I really enjoyed the vibe of the place and ordered for in house with a ceramic cup. When my order was ready, I tasted the latte and would have to say that this is latte is rich, smooth, deeply comforting and one of the best lattes I have had in a long time. I loved the flavors of the Hazy Days Latte; complimented very well and enjoyed drinking my latte. My overall experience was great and the customer service i received from Ray was outstanding. In my personal opinion, I would recommend Klatch Coffee if you are looking for a different coffee with unique flavors and recommend downloading the Klatch Coffee app, so you can get points for purchasing. Absolutely fantastic local little coffee shop in Ontario near the airport. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. 'They go out of their way to make sure you get the best coffee and have a good experience. The shop is small and quaint, but still some seating room inside and some public sitting areas / tables outside. The coffee is fantastic and locally roasted. They make their milks in house which is a rare fantastic treat. Their snacks, sweets and sandwiches are absolutely fantastic. This was my first time trying Klatch Coffee, and the ube cold foam immediately caught my eye. I ordered a 24oz iced matcha latte with ube cold foam and was excited to enjoy it on my drive home from Vegas. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. The drink was filled almost entirely with ice and didn't even last me out of the parking lot. For a 24oz size, I expected a better balance between ice and the actual drink. First time visiting this location. A little hidden in the corner right next to the water fountain. Nice patio seating or indoor bar height seats next to the windows. Bright natural light pours in to open the corner space. Super friendly staff! They worked well to keep our anxieties at bay as the line went out the door. One staff team walk out to the customers asking what we wanted to order so they could get it started as fast as possible. It was awesome. By the time we were up to pay our drinks we're ready to go! I believe I've tried this coffee previously at another location but I may be wrong. Ordered the iced mocha with oat milk. Definitely a good mocha but I wish they had soy milk options.
