They do the processing on site, including organic processing. You can also purchase large bundles of meat if you have a big freezer. Overall, not a bad haul! We got there an hour before close and the bag was already ready for us. The meats come frozen so be sure to plan for that. We had a cooler bag with us, but they sell the disposable ones in store if you need one. It was enough for dinner for 12 adults and a whole litter of kids, with some meat to spare still (though we had done a lot of snacking while the food was cooking). It was the perfect package for our weekend getaway and will hit them up again if we're headed up north.
