Shortly thereafter, he was on the job as promised, and completed everything in a timely, professional, and high-quality manner. I was extremely pleased with his work. While that alone would be worth the 5 star rating, his excellent customer service made the experience even better. Approximately 4 months after the fence was repaired, one of the welded joints failed. Without any question, Steve came back out, welded a new joint in place, and re-painted the area to match. Steve arrived right on time for our appointment, and did a great job saving our backyard wrought iron fence, which had a number of sections which had rusted out over the years after repeated waterings by the association sprinkler system. His work is solid, the repairs will outlast the fence! He also applied primer paint over the repairs so that there would be no rust and good paint adhesion when I paint the fence. I hired Steve to fix a courtyard iron fence after I had driveway pavers installed. None of the iron would fit due to slope and elevation changes. After consulting with Steve, it was decided to build a new iron fence to match the slope of the driveway and courtyard. It took a little over two weeks but I could not be more pleased. The work is outstanding. The welding and painting are great. The installation was easy and very clean. everything was to the measurements they made and matches the area perfectly. We hired Steve to fix a mis-aligned metal entry gate in Newport Beach, which required the gate door to be elevated to clear the sidewalk below. He did a great, practical job of removing the gate from its hinges, elevating the door and re-locating the doorknob lock strike and the latch at ground level. Much more practical solution than moving the entire gate. He even brought matching paint to blend with what's there. Prices were competitive with others even with his road time included. Steve did a great job of cutting and removing rusty iron gratework that was backing up the flow of water in our culverts and causing flooding into our back yard when heavy rains came.
