They also redid our guest bathroom with a new pullman, mirror and lights. They did a great job! Ben and Bailey Teherian were the most thorough and agreeable people to work with. We sat down with them and discussed our objectives and desires. They gave us an estimate of the cost that they stuck to. We added things we realized we needed and both Ben and Bailey were up front and honest about the cost of the additions and did not try to scalp us or jack us around. Their work crews arrived on time every day and were very professional about their work. The painting was done very meticulously and carefully. The cabinet installers were all highly experienced and took their time to do a quality installation. Bailey swung by almost every day to discuss progress and address any issues that arose. Also, if we called about something, Bailey and Ben were always prompt to resolve anything we asked about. The project was completed in only three weeks, as scheduled and as promised. We are very happy with our remodel and could not offer a stronger recommendation for KBF, Ben, and Bailey. They are very knowledgable, always courteous and have well trained and experienced people completing the work who were also very courteous.

Once I found kbf I really thought it was the one and finally put some time aside to get in touch and start the projects from the moment I called everything I had planned turned upside down not only the girl on the line was rude and disrespectful she was not clear or direct on and was demanding information before she was able to provide me a quote or even look into what I wanted. I thought maybe it was just a bad phone representative so I went in person one afternoon and there was no one in the front it was empty for a while until I hear and see some girl in the back eating trying to hide the fact that there is a customer who's in need of help. This is really sad and I'm extremely disappointed in my community this hurts knowing my own people can't support me

I sent Gerardo multiple photos with the explanation to get an accurate quote which remained the same once on-site. We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. I would find out later that he has over 23 years' experience in this field. He and his associate were very professional and efficient. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. We have old skool faux wood laminate so I knew it would be a quick mop job for myself after their departure. He examined everything on-site and explained what they would be doing and products used. Once completed he further explained what else they did to ensure a tight seal. He even pointed out a nail hole in our gutter that he felt warranted further examination by our HOA contractor. I greatly appreciate experts in the field who go to the next level to ensure things are done right. This was a great experience with a contractor, and we appreciate them helping us get our condo back in shape.
