Turned on my sprinkler system this spring and noticed the sprinkler line was pumping out water. I called plumber - and was told the sprinklers were not fully drained in the Fall. Water was left inside the pipe. Chatham claims there was a leak in the pipe - Accordingly to a plumber there are no leaks - winterizing was not done properly. Chatham wants to charge me a service call price and also to fix the pipe. I am a long time customer - NOT ANY MORE

This has nothing to do with the service or employees.....but if you have a garden or flower beds…read morebeware. The employee was told to stay away from the flower beds and garden when he sprayed and I believe he did. The spray gets in the air and it kills garden plants and flower beds. The grass has looked ok but this is a deal breaker. Like I said no complaints with the employees. Just gonna have to find another way to keep the lawn up.
