I told her that was highly unlikely, we would take care of it ourselves and would be using someone else in the future. She said "Fine" and hung up. Such a disappointment. However, they weren't able to unclog the sink after an hour of effort and recommended I tear out the wall and start replacing pipes. I called the other McCalister plumbers out of West T and they were able to unclog it within 15 minutes. I don't know enough about plumbing to know what should be "hard" or not, but I was surprised they couldn't fix it and even more surprised after the other company fixed it so quickly.

Mr. Marshall passed away a couple of years ago but the next generation, who worked with him their whole lives, have now taken up the work.
