Some dude ran the light at 68th and Lake Michigan Drive and hit us. Insurance didn't total it but the frame was bent. They actually replaced the frame on our truck. They devoted two bays to our truck and they carefully assembled it and did an incredible job. The truck was very clean even after two full cups of coffee were spilled all over it. They even did a check up on it two weeks later. It did take two months to get it back but they were completely assembling and reassembling a truck. It ran great and we would go back in a heart beat! They were on time and they communicated wonderfully. My car came back and it was cleaner inside and out than when I took it to them and the problem from someone backing into me with a trailer hitch was fixed. The cost was competitive and very high quality work. They noted that some sensors had been knocked out of the back bumper (they repaired the front) and they found them and put them in. The dealership had quoted they would cost over $1500 to replace and there was no charge on my bill! They just fixed them! This kind of service just doesn't happen and it was so nice to have my car fixed and beyond my expectations. It is also good to add that everyone in this firm is nice and they treat people well. This is good to note as I am never comfortable getting my car fixed. They tossed in some had washes for free and I'll be using them and take the car in for hand washes a lot. I would like to be a better customer, but I don't have a lot of crunches to fix.
