They went above and beyond, driving my husband back to the softball field to watch out daughters game while they repaired the car and picked him back up to pick up the car. They charged us what our mechanic here would have. He said bring It in and the warranty should cover it. 2 months later after not hearing from him I reached out to him ask him what's to scoop. He said he's understaffed and cannot repair it. Advise me to take it to a Napa Care center where it should be under warranty and covered. On top of that, after driving it for a week the water pump went out left me stranded and I had to pay for the tow to his shop. He would not cover it. So now I got to go down a different route and deal with somebody who didn't even mess with the vehicle to begin .with. You got your eight grand for me. Jerry, thanks a lot. So my advice to you would be don't take your vehicles to him because he's understaffed and cannot do a good sufficient timely job to your vehicle.

Also I asked Brett if he could check A/C compressor thinking another big bill, I described what was up and he said sounds like electrical problem said he could diagnose for 1/2 hour labor called back said it was some thermal switch. I said go ahead and check it out, called back in no time said it indeed was the switch I said go ahead. Once again hundreds of dollars less than what I was expecting. Do a lot of my own stuff but being 76 there some I will pass on water pump being one, I will be back. Awesome customer service, Brett is excellent.
