I hired Matt to replace an old water heater.  Matt was quick to respond when I first reached out to…read morehim.  After taking some information from me, Matt provided a written quote for the project which included installation of the new water heater and removal of the old one.  I received a few quotes for the project, all were within a couple hundred dollars of each other.  I decided to hire Matt for the job and within a couple weeks he came and installed the new water heater, but didn't take the old water heater.  He told me he'd come back for it.  Well,  days turned into weeks, turned into months and Matt never came back to remove the old water heater.   I reached out to Matt several times via phone, text and email and he didn't have the decency respond to any of my messages.  So now I'm left with disposing of the old water heater myself that I paid to have removed.  I don't recommend hiring him as he proved to be unprofessional,  unresponsive and unable to follow through with what is promised.
