A&L got the job done quickly and reliably, and every interaction we had with them was professional. We would happily go back to them again. Thank goodness we checked the work ourselves before sealing the wall because when we turned the water on, water poured out of the pipes because the plumber never actually capped it off. A&L sent him back out to repair it and the second time, the job was so bad gluing the pipes together that water leaked out. Finally, Paul came out to fix it himself, removed the whole mess and started again. The end state was fine enough but it took 3 separate days of service calls and a near flooding of our house. Also, they tried to charge us for more than one service call! I believe this was more of an issue with their automated billing but sure left us with a bad taste. Now, two years later, we have to rip open the ceiling under the tub because -surprise- that's a slow leak in the pipes A&L installed. There are lots of other contractors out there. Use one of them.
