But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. I had been using a local service with a monthly support agreement but recent experiences with under trained techs led me to search for someone more familiar with my boiler. After having been quoted $4,900 to repair my boiler for error codes and inaccurate pressure readings from Company A, I contacted Welter and he came in and assessed a few problems. The issues were addressed efficiently, parts were replaced, connections were repaired the boiler was deemed ready for service and the total bill amounted to less than 20% of Company A.
