Their email back did not answer all my questions. Their email created more questions and their pricing on the emailed quote was different than what was advertised on their website. I called to follow up and they without receiving my questions told me that the website was not up to date and that I would need to eat any cost difference. (A large difference in cost) In the middle of a question, they hung up on me. I emailed the owner and requested a call back. She never called me but immediately sent me an email that she would not serve us for our memorial. Their contracts are very shady too. BEWARE!!!
