We used him 10 years ago when we bought this house; used him again to sell it, knowing this house could be a hard sell since the property was listed "as is". And we would use him again in a heartbeat if he were to relocate to our new location. During the time of the most stress, he assured us with his confidence (not the vain empty conceited confidence, but one founded on years of experience and knowledge). He assured us that we can trust him to get this house sold quickly. He got us through, and we got offers. On the house with a few big challenges, termites, roof rpl and rotten wood..., he still managed multiple offers including the one offering 150k over our asking price. When we had to travel out of state in search of our new residence he willingly offered us to watch over our property. He even took care of our plants while we were gone. When we needed something to be notarised, he was right there and squeezed us in. During this process we definitely feel like our relationship became deeper. He came through for us again and again. So thankful that we had him on our side representing us. Thankful that he was our realtor.

Vicki was prepared to provide an appraisal quickly and affordably, but after reviewing my situation she advised that while the county's assessment was sloppily done, the impact on my tax bill (what I ultimately cared about) was unlikely to improve (for reasons too complex to go into here). I was grateful and impressed with Vicki's knowledge, efficiency, and honesty. She could easily have convinced me to pursue and appraisal, but advised me not to. Now I can rest easy that my tax bills are fair, which I consider a win.
