Leckron was very agreeable to deal with,& explained the charges very clearly, before coming out. The driver that I got this morning, Chris, could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to help me,& make sure he was taking my vehicle to the correct bay, etc..He made a stressful situation, much more tolerable. I cannot recommend them enough, and Chris gets an A++. I will use them again in the future.

When the tow truck arrived at the destination, my car's back bumper was scraped and had slight long dent with a red paint from the truck. My car is white so the scrape is very visible. The driver was concerned, took picture of the damage and said that he is going to "talk to the boss". I am requesting my money back and I will update this review after my problem is resolved. Update a week later. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Extremely responsive and proactive to my problem. Not only John directed me to a good repair shop but completely covered the cost of the repair. The day after we dropped the car off we got a phone call stating that some parts were broken during the removal and our new total would be an additional $800. The person that did the estimate said he would still honor the estimate since these parts were never discussed that they needed to be remove. I called the shop to make sure that we would not be charged the extra amount and spoke with Tracy who told me that we will have to pay for the parts or they will not do the work on our car. So now they are holding our car hostage until we agree to pay for the parts. Take my advise and NEVER use this company they are very unprofessional and do not stand by their estimate!

I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru (with only 8,000 miles on the car) from Bob Ruth Ford. I had it…read moreinspected at Caples Car Care, and it failed the inspection for window tint and an exhaust issue. I brought the car back to Bob Ruth Ford and they removed the tint and did what was needed to the exhaust so it would pass MD state inspection. When I brought the car back to Caples Car Care, they failed the inspection and told me that Bob Ruth Ford did an inadequate repair, and I would have to pay them to fix the issue or would have to pay another fee to re inspect the work if I took the car somewhere else. I had them give me the car back and I took the car to another approved MD inspection station this morning and it passed. I feel verry taken advantage of by Caples car care!!!!!!
