The incident became challenging due to the limited availability of tow truck drivers on a Saturday morning. After about 5 calls with no help I came crossed this towing company. Fortunately, the owner of the establishment offered his services even on his day off, he offered to help me with the tow and even give me a ride to the automobile shop. After dropping off my car to the shop, he generously offered to take me to the rental place about 20 minutes out of his way as I had no family around to help me and my phone was almost dead. Not only did he offer me a charger on the way and helped talk me through the situation, he was so knowledgeable of the process and truly helped settled my mind. After getting to the rental he even let me use his phone to call PNC and resolve a charge blocking my account after an hour of waiting around for a car and my phone dying. He didn't leave my side even once after a long night of work, I was grateful for his assistance and he even helped put my all of belongings into my new rental. He also provided me with instructions on how to handle the auto mechanic shop as it was closed during this time and this was my first accident as an adult handling it by myself. His kindness, helpfulness, and willingness to share his personal experience and expertise made him an invaluable resource during this difficult situation. His assistance was truly exceptional, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for his support. He became the friendliest and most helpful towing service I have ever encountered, saving me from an extremely stressful and inconvenient situation. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!!

I called AAA to tow my truck to a dealer as it has no key. AAA sent A&D. The A&D driver said it…read morewould require dollies or skates, and AAA wouldn't allow them to use those. He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

Absolutely Horrible Experience: Especially with One Employee…read more I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. There was a pregnant woman there, her name was Katy (I believe) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I'm a woman who has worked in the restaurant industry, so I fully understand how stressful customer-facing jobs can be. That's why I made sure to be polite and respectful throughout our interaction. Unfortunately, that effort was not returned. Katy came off as completely miserable and made an already stressful situation so much worse. She offered no help, no compassion, and certainly no professionalism. I understood the towing policy. I wasn't there to argue but her attitude made everything harder, especially for someone dealing with this for the first time. On the bright side, one of the towing guys I spoke with was kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that. But it's unfortunate that one person can make such a negative impact on the entire experience. If management is reading this, I would have loved the chance to speak to someone in charge, but Katy refused to provide any contact information.

The ignorant pregnant lady at the front slammed the window multiple times her attitude was atrocious and the manager was the same way. They did not care and held our belongings anyway! This is the second time a crashed car of ours was towed there and items went missing this is not the place to go and avoid at all cost unless you want your items stolen.
