Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! The shop is clean and had a faint scent of burning incense (love that!) December 31st 2024 and my thread cost $15. Booking through Yelp, seamless. I even got my loyalty card so ya know... It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. Although it is a 45 min drive from where I live, I will not go any where else from now on. Crystal took her time and was very precise. What really surprised me was there was hardly any pain. I didn't leave red or blotchy like I normally do at nails salons. It does cost $30 but it will last 3-4 weeks minimum.
