After placing my order at the food truck, the tacos came out in about 5 minutes which wasn't bad considering 2 other patrons were also waiting for their lunch orders. Service is not applicable as you place your order at a food truck and then pick it up when it is ready. The lady at Taco Vanny was courteous but not particularly friendly. Taco Vanny is not a bad option if you're in the area for take away but not for dining. I had the barbacoa and carnitas tacos and flavor was not bad but not the best. Adding the house made green and red hot sauces help with the flavor. The tacos were a bit on the small side so definitely recommend getting at least 3 instead of 2 if you're hungry. Taco Vanny's Atmosphere is not great. Taco Vanny is a food truck w outdoor shaded seating, 6 wooden park benches, and plenty of parking on a dirt lot but there's no service or indoor dining or Air conditioning.
