SAD! Today I went in to refer a friend hyping them up as I've been coming here for years now , it was her first time & I told her she usually gets a first leaf discount. When I asked the bud-tender he said they don't honor discounts anymore since the whole store is discounted. Which I thought was odd as each day they have daily deals , but I didn't question it. First impressions are everything! I had such a great experience yesterday. I was helped by Lindsey & she was upmost professional and so down to earth. She took me through the whole store and explained how everything worked and everything that was inside the store. You can tell they all have a good vibe in the store & treat each other like family. The inside of the store was so clean! The Entourage was hip with good music playing. I loved all the TVs and display of what was being sold in sample settings all over the shelves. Parking is a little discombobulated due to the fact the store is in the middle of an auto shop area. You have to park in the back sometimes passing by toe trucks & small cones, but once you're back there there's typically a space available. The security guards are great! Denzel and Patrick upheld professionalism all while being super nice. I felt safe knowing they were there(the security guards). They have everything under control in terms of safety especially with what's going on with covid-19. They had everything you can imagine. Edibles, hybrid, indica, stizzys of course, chocolates, other brand chocolates, home grown, roll ups, etc! I was very pleased with my visit, I enjoyed learning about new products and different type of flavors. I am so happy with my visit & already planning my next visit! The male employee who helped myself and my partner was really pushy and passive aggressive. Multiple times when I requested to look at a product I was met with "those are shit. These are way better." As an unrelated (and honestly unwanted) product was handed over. It honestly felt really condescending. I kept trying to interact with the other more pleasant woman at the counter, who was actually attempting to give helpful recommendations, and the rude employee would just continually interrupt. Shout out to her, working with that guy must be unbearable. I asked which of the Uncle Arnies flavors were available and he hit me with the "uncle arnies? Those are shit. Try the St Ides instead" I felt so uncomfortable that I just let him ring me up for that and then left. Other than this guy, the vibe was really good! Unprofessional and racist "Manager" there be aware my Raza Mexicana! If your brown skin she won't be of any help to you. She'll look at you confused and be mean and rude. They sold me a defective battery just a few weeks ago that stopped working a few days ago and I work so much I didn't have time until today and I was told when I purchased the battery "just bring it back in for an exchange if it malfunctions or is defective. Reassurance about the warranty/exchange policy made me buy it as it made sense. Nope the current "manager" took super long (waste of my valuable time) to come out to the counter and came out confused stared at us and almost walked away when she had been told multiple times that we were there waiting for her to do an exchange. She straight up commented on what she assumed about the pen which was not what happened, there is a cap on the newest black battery they have came out with and the cap isn't completely sealing the air inside preventing the pen from effectively functioning properly and this person rudely (she gave us the ugliest stare we've ever seen at stiiizy!) she refused to exchange my defective battery after I spent over 100$ (with extra pods included) today at Stiiizy as usual just for this unpleasant experience to happen to me, I'm brown and proud so her racism won't faze me but I won't be returning just bc of the racist manager that wears an overused black mask over her face. acting like the products belong to her and not the company and basically not giving paying customers the benefit they deserve of the policy on defective products that's in place. read more

Terrible customer service the last time I went here. They false advertised some of their products to be higher in THC % through photos on their website. When I communicated this to their "manager" they said that unless there was a glove inside the package there was no way that I can exchange the product or get a refund. I raised this concern as I was purchasing the product though the cashier said nothing as she took my money. Clearly this isn't a medical dispensary and I definitely wasn't viewed as a patient. THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE BROKEN OR LEAKED PODS I spent 40$ coming in for the first time (bought an 1/8th of flower and a King Louis Cartridge) on 1/15/2022 and they did not supply me with a substitute cartridge after the one I had bought exploded and leaked. I came in with the original packaging and receipt like they asked within seven days and I showed the person who helped me and they simply looked at it went to the back and then told me they couldn't replace it because it wasn't a mess all over the cartridge. I spent $25 for basically no reason and they did nothing to actually help recover the cost. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money and not be helped at all and waste your time. The guard checked my ID and specifically looked for the date rather than scanned it (I'm over 21 anyways) He also checked my temperature and opened the door for me, which was super awesome. There was no line, good music playing, and the decor was really nice. After greeting with the budtender I asked about sending my medical recommendation because I was thinking why not? I have one and maybe I'd get a discount. She said that medical recommendations could only be physical copies. I said I don't have it and she proceeded to tell me that unfortunately they cannot serve me today. Been here a handful of times & every time is awesome. Hubby & I make a trip out of it since we're coming from placer county. So first we make our way to halal guys, pick up some east coast food & make our way to stiiizy. Every time we come we get an ID check prior to coming in, then go in & wait a few minutes for someone to help us. I always have gotten the items I wanted and the best part is stiiizy is always running a deal of some kind. The staff is great, parking can get a lil crazy but entirely with the drive to Davis. I've been going to this stiiizy location for a few months now and they've got a cool store with decent music and a good vibe. All great EXCEPT for: It's always hit or miss that you will get an employee that is actually knowledgeable on their product. All of the managers/ seem to have a major attitude. I URGE YOU TO STEER AWAY FROM THEIR STORE BRAND PRODUCTS. The edibles are trash. Their flower is always dry as hell and their batteries especially ALWAYS fail eventually. Mine failed on the 8th day today and the warranty is for 7 days. I went to return it and the woman manager took the product to the back room and came back to tell me that they can't return it, I asked why and she told me it depends on how well the customer takes care of their battery and I'm welcome to buy another one. I'm on my THIRD battery from these people, why would I buy another one?! She was very rude about it and disappeared in to the back room again fairly quick, not giving me a chance to rebuttal. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! They sold me moldy edibles and when I went back in after realizing, I explained what happened, showed them the mold, they apologized and gave me 2 "new" packs and what they told me was "$25 store credit for the inconvenience"...but when I got home I noticed mold on THOSE TOO!!! I was very very frustrated at this point, now they sold me moldy edibles two times IN A ROW!!! This isn't even the worst part yet!....so when I called the second time they apologized again and offered me a "free goodie bag" and also told me I could "pick out a few things on them", Austin whom I spoke to on the phone the second time asked for my name and Aubrey, who helped me my second visit in that day told me I was going to be getting "a free goodie bag for the inconvenience" and also "some more store credit" so I was really frustrated with that experience but I felt a little better knowing they tried to make up for it but little did I know....Then come a week later, which was yesterday, I go back to stiiizy Davis to use my "store credit" that they told me they had added to BOTH times I came back with moldy edibles. When I go to check out and use my "$25+ store credit" David (the general manager) tells me that I only have $5 store credit to use and that there is absolutely nothing he can do about my situation, even after I explained my WHOLE experience the time before, so not only could I have gotten EXTREMELY sick from the moldy edibles they sold me but they lied to me about the amount of store credit they put in my account!! VERY unprofessional and frustrating for someone like me who really wanted to be a returning customer but due to SUCH BAD SERVICE I won't ever be spending my money there again and I hope none of you get moldy edibles and lied to and cheated.
