WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!! They sold me moldy edibles and when I went back in after realizing, I explained what happened, showed them the mold, they apologized and gave me 2 "new" packs and what they told me was "$25 store credit for the inconvenience"...but when I got home I noticed mold on THOSE TOO!!! I was very very frustrated at this point, now they sold me moldy edibles two times IN A ROW!!! This isn't even the worst part yet!....so when I called the second time they apologized again and offered me a "free goodie bag" and also told me I could "pick out a few things on them", Austin whom I spoke to on the phone the second time asked for my name and Aubrey, who helped me my second visit in that day told me I was going to be getting "a free goodie bag for the inconvenience" and also "some more store credit" so I was really frustrated with that experience but I felt a little better knowing they tried to make up for it but little did I know....Then come a week later, which was yesterday, I go back to stiiizy Davis to use my "store credit" that they told me they had added to BOTH times I came back with moldy edibles. When I go to check out and use my "$25+ store credit" David (the general manager) tells me that I only have $5 store credit to use and that there is absolutely nothing he can do about my situation, even after I explained my WHOLE experience the time before, so not only could I have gotten EXTREMELY sick from the moldy edibles they sold me but they lied to me about the amount of store credit they put in my account!! VERY unprofessional and frustrating for someone like me who really wanted to be a returning customer but due to SUCH BAD SERVICE I won't ever be spending my money there again and I hope none of you get moldy edibles and lied to and cheated. Watch out for mold on your edibles at STIIIZY Davis!!! They will still sell them to you with mold on them!! read more

The Budtenders are hit or miss. They're super attentive and respectful, for the most part. The last couple times I've been in haven't been the best experience. Very bad service. I bought a vape battery and was assured that if anything ever went wrong with it I could take it back for a replacement. I returned less than two weeks later because the thing would not hold a charge. I was told that I needed to have returned it within one week! I was forced to buy a new one because I had purchased 2 Stiiizy cartridges and they would not work in anything else. The manager, Gonzalo Garcia was very unaccommodating and was really a manager in name only because he had no authority to help me in any way. I will never shop here again. Security was on a power trip the day I went into the store. Telling me I couldn't walk into the store with my hat on, had to either take it off or turn it around. Never had that happen before at this store.decided to just turn it around, Walked to into pick up my online order. Employee was cool, going over the products I was purchasing, decided to turn my hat back around since I was inside and employee didn't say anything about it and out of no where employee comes up right behind me and literally a foot from my ear tells me " I told you, either turn your hat around or take it off" and just walks away after that. Loved the environment, very friendly staff. The place was small but they enforced social distancing, had multiple hand sanitizers and arrows to guide customers. This is the absolute WORST dispensary I've ever been to. This was the first and last time I will ever go here. My friend and I decided to go here because of some good deals we saw on WeedMaps. Upon trying to enter, the security guard had us move our car 3 separate times before being able to go in. We were parking in the same spots as other customers that were going into the dispensary, but apparently they were not parking spots specifically for STIIIZY. The security guard was completely unhelpful in telling us specifically where we could park (he looked like he was high at work). So we ended up parking in a different parking lot next door and then walked over. After trying to enter again, the security guard told me that I couldn't enter wearing my hoodie because it had the Adidas logo on it, so I took the hoodie off. While the security guard was checking our IDs, he accused my friend of having a fake ID/using someone else's ID (which was totally false, she's 23 and had a valid ID). My friend was denied entry, but I still went in. After waiting at least 30 minutes in line, I go up to the counter and tell the sales rep about the deals on WeedMaps and they tell me that deal was incorrect and they don't actually have that deal. Another sales rep comes over and then says that they actually DO have that deal. After checking out and paying, I then looked at the receipt and realized that I was charged full price and did not get the sales discount. At this point, it's not even worth it to go back to get my money back. Terrible dispensary, terrible and unprofessional security guard, and incompetent sales reps who don't know what they're doing. Worst staff I've ever met. The men are either too busy trying to flirt with you to get the order right or too stoned to function. The team overall has zero knowledge of their own product and overall cannabis. Security guards are pervs and the if the team messes up your order / discount etc they give hell's attitude when u drive back to get it corrected. Well, this was my first time at a stiizy and the customer service was pleasant but the product I received wasnt. I picked up two grams of Raw Garden sauce. Got to my place, opened the 2 grams to find out that most of the concentrate was leaking out the lids. I immediately called stiizy. They told me to take em back so I did they did replace them however they had to charge me again for tax reason which I wasnt happy about as well. I opened the 2 new grams of raw garden to only find out that these 2 grams were leaking threw the lids as well i did not want to take them back in to only get charged more for taxes. I feel they should have taken care of this a different way. Moral of the story. DO NOT PURCHASE RAW GARDEN SAUCE FROM THEM YOU WILL BE UPSET. just a heads up. No personality from the budtender, was definitely not interested in creating any kind of relationship. Not very educated about cannabis, only stiiizy products. I didn't realize they wouldn't accept cards, I used the atm and by the time I returned to the counter, she seemed upset for some reason. a could have been because it took a few minutes for the atm and she had other customers waiting, could have been a number of things but all of a sudden she was in a rush to get me out the door. Other than the customer service, the quality of products was low. Flower is overpriced and concentrates are cheaply packaged. I'm sure this is a great store for Stiiizy products, but just don't come here if you want high quality weed and service. read more

Absolute worst costumer service with the exception of a few. I have gone to this store many, many times, and progressively customer service has gotten worse. Many workers are downright rude on first encounter, I've never met sales workers who acted like they hated their jobs this much until I met the workers here. Managers here do nothing and when I have called to ask a question I have been answered by rude receptionist. These workers act like they have no job. They have told me they they were giving me a deal before and did not and overcharged me and when I brought it up after looking at my receipt they told me they could do nothing about it because they don't accept returns. 1 minute after they rung me up, 40 dollars over correct price. I am done with Davis Stiiizy, and if you would like a dispensary with respectful helpful employees and better discounts I recommend Kind Farma across the street. Stiiizy in Suisun is also a much more pleasant experience than this location. read more
