Took it home, started to love it. And then the plastic piece that holds the mouthpiece broke within 24 hours of purchase. Called the store and was told to bring it in for a replacement unit. When I showed up the next day, the guy at the counter remembered my phone call. Although he didn't have a replacement on hand (will be a few days), after I whined that I was going to really miss it for those days, he fiddled with the broken one and made it usable.
