I'm a new patient, and they said if you make an appointment online, you pay $55. To renew, it's $45. As a walk-in, I believe it's $60. However, they called me and my appointment got pushed behind so they took off $5 for the inconvenience. The receptionist was nice, and you had to fill out a bunch of paperwork asking about your medical issues. It wasn't that long of a wait at all, and you get evaluated by the doctor. If you want, you can bring any prescription meds you have to the doctor so he can make sure it won't affect anything else! And don't worry people, they're actual doctors! MD's! Haha. If you want an actual card instead of the paper they give you, it's an extra $20. Overall: Quick and easy! Good experience here. read more

This place is a total rip off!!! Beware.. I found their flyer on a club not far from their location. I decided to send my friend and when we got there there was a posting saying $5 off if you write a YELP review. Well after paying and receiving his recommendation he was ytold that it would be $44. I immediately asked him why was it so much? After receiving the $5 off it should be only $38.00? I did not have time to go back in, so I decided to call. I spoke with a young girl and asked her why was my friend charge so much when the advertising says $43 and with Yelp review $5 off? She then proceeds to tell me that he had to bring the flyer in to receive that price. To which I replied. Your flyer does not state that. Why was he charged $44? She then repeated it again and I told her that made no sense. You are not honoring what your flyer says and that is false advertisement. She told me that it was not false advertisement. That he was supposed to bring the flyer and H E did not say anything about the flyer otherwise I could have done something! I asked her about coming back and getting refund of the $ owed because it should only be $38. Very rudely she told me that she couldn't give me a refund and that it was his fault. At that point I just didn't want to argue any longer with her. This clubs advertising is false and they do not honor what they put out! I shouldn't have to argue a price when you clearly are advertising $43 for all new patients then charge $49 to people who have no clue you are really advertising for a lower price! How can you take advantage of people who really need to get their license and little money to afford one? You are thieves and I will make sure that the proper people are notified! WARNING! MORE EXPENSIVE THEN ADVERTISED! I went to this place for as long as they have been open without issue. Today I went in for a renewal with an online booked appointment this is usually $45 or $46. Pictured is the email that says so. They also have an line on their website that's say's "Will beat any advertised price by $5!" It's a lie. I even asked when I went in before filling out the paper work if they would honor this, she said as long as I could show her the add and address of the location. No problem I had the add with the address for a referral for $40. After filling everything out and already having my rec in hand she says it will be $49! I showed her the add and she said it had to be on paper not online. WTF? You didn't think to mention that earlier??? Never mind the fact that your add for the $5 off is not on paper, it's online, you know like everything in this century! I said well my email says $46. It's wrong and she didn't give me change so it coast me $50 when it was expecting to pay $35. This may not be a lot to some. But I am actually a patient who can't work and needs cannabis on a daily biases. That $15 is the difference of affording relief today. I will now have to find another place when this is around the corner from my house. They have no compassion and false advertising please do not give them anymore business. read more

Horrible horrible service with a snot-nosed redhead at the counter. You should be aware that even though it says NOTHING about it on the website - business is CASH only. When I suggested (as i was leaving to drive across town to an ATM) that it might be wise to add "cash only" somewhere on the web page - the nasty reply from her was "I don't write the website" in a tone that said she clearly does NOT give a flying monkey about the me or any other client being inconvenienced as long as she gets her check. The doctor never greeted me or spoke my name. I sat in silence until he asked my date of birth. He then asked my complaint, even though I had written 6 pages of info about all of my issues that he didn't bother to even glance at. I said a few words, he wrote something down, handed papers to me and said nothing, so I asked, "Is that all." He nodded to the door. Then I found out that the $45 fee does NOT include the ID card, but the horrid brat behind the counter did NOT mention that as she sent me out the door to drive across town to get cash to pay her. So I didn't have enough cash even after they forced me to dash out for it. Very unprofessional. I actually felt dirty when I left like I had done something illegal instead of just getting my prescription from a doctor. Gross place. read more

I think this place is pretty straight-forward when you wanna come to get or renew your card. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The only thing making it okay that it is 1 star is that it's the place that originally got me hooked up. That being said, this place is a joke. I made an appointment online a few days ago to renew for 11 this morning. I got my confirmation email saying I was good to go. I showed up at 10 minutes til 11 and tried to go in- door is locked. The sign on the door said they opened at 10... I thought I'd give it til 11 and try again. Go back a few minutes passed 11... Door still locked. We call (the number in the confirmation email was actually to a place in long beach.. They had to give us the correct number) and a girl answers, and says they're not even open today, they're not open again until Tuesday. Sign on the door says open at 10, website says open at 11, I got a confirmation email.. What terrible practice. We will be finding somewhere else to renew. Ps, since you guys are actually there even though you are "closed", you should probably pick up the numerous disgusting blankets left on your stairs overnight by bums. read more

Quick and easy! It only took 30 minutes total. Decent price. Be sure to select an appointment slot online to get a few dollars off the total. They will probably have you in their system, but keep the email confirmation in-case they need to see it. Staff was very polite and attentive. Be sure to bring cash - cash only there. They do have an ATM if you forget. The intake form is pretty lengthy. Bringing a past medical print-out can be helpful for filling it out completely. If you're getting a renewal, be sure to bring your paperwork from the last physician who approved your card. They will ask for that. read more
