I've experienced this multiple times, not just once. The latest visit was today , and it was enough for me to finally leave a review. I'm always respectful, know what I want, and I'm probably one of the easiest customers to help. All I expect in return is basic customer service a greeting, some friendliness, and a welcoming attitude. I've also had a previous issue with a defective disposable that was replaced, but even then the interaction felt cold and dismissive. At this point, it's become a pattern. The products keep me coming back, but the customer service is making me seriously reconsider where I spend my money.

You as in all dispensaries: must give your ID to the person in the front and they type in your info and scan your photo and return it to you then UNLOCK the security door before you can enter the actual dispensary. 2. Once in the dispensary: you can go into the Pre -Order Pick Up Line or Just get in line and they will assist you with what ever you are looking for .
