I had been getting deliveries from Chris B. regularly for a while and decided to never again get…read moreservice here. I have come across a couple issues. The first being the product quality and not having a great selection. Lastly, Chris B. agreed to leave products in my mailbox while I was away working then asked for a screenshot of me sending payment, which I did. When I came home, there was nothing but papers in my mailbox. I checked with my neighbors and roommates and no one had seen anything. Maybe someone robbed me??? I like to believe it was left in my mailbox, but the customer service during the issue was terrible which lost my trust. I sent multiple texts and photos of my mailbox to both Chris B. and Brandon with no response back and when he finally replied, Chris went back and forth about it being the correct mailbox. I called and asked if I could have any sort of money back. But it has been a month and I have not received any update and don't expect one. I can't help but feel like I've been swindled. Bottom line is, if you ask for a mailbox delivery, request a photo/video of your mailbox and the products left inside AND do not send payment until the purchase is secured.

Our helper, Kyle B. showed us 5 different joints ranging in price from $15 to $45. We ended up going with one that ended up totaling $41, tax included. We were thinking "we get what we pay for" meaning we were going for quality over quantity. What we got was a joint that was clogged. We tried warming it with a lighter and we tried ripping out the crutch but it was the actual flower inside that was clogged. You couldn't suck any smoke out of it. We returned back after dinner the same night but was told they could only give me a 20% discount towards my next order. I said to forget it that I won't be returning back ever. $41 down the drain! The receipt says, "Exchanges within 30 days will be honored for defective products." The manager said they only do exchanges on cartridges. If that's the case then why add this on their receipt? High prices do not mean high quality at this store. That joint should have taken us to another level but all it did was make us mad and frustrated!

So, when I called their customer care executive, he was very helpful in letting me know about the process and the clinic in general. I asked several questions to which he answered very patiently. The evaluation process also went pretty smoothly. Their process is actually quite convenient and easy. The speed of the process was also quite a surprise for me.
