Recently, I was informed that a fellow security guard failed to address his proper name when asked. His unprofessional behavior was further compounded by his inappropriate reference to a name that was not his own. He identified himself as Miguel, despite being a white security guard of Asian descent. I am dissatisfied with Tuan's service. He approached me and greeted me with a casual "hey, your backkk :)" which I found unprofessional. I remain unhappy with Tuan's conduct, and any future interactions with him will be perceived as hostile due to my previous experiences, which I have reported to management. My previous experience consisted of an individual named Obi who screamed at me while exiting the building. Coaching should've been implemented. Next steps should be separation. This sort of behavior would never be allowed at a dispensary or any sort of restaurant/ business. Unacceptable. I had reached out to support to receive an update. An individual named Obi couple months ago had exited the building & had raised his voice screaming at me saying "WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR ME. YOUR WIERD, STOP ASKING FOR ME" a tall black male security was present at the time. I was a regular at this location but no longer will be coming back due to my experiences. I felt threatened. I had spoken to management, unfortunately my options are limited. Stiiizy should be considered a welcoming cannabis industry. This sort of behavior is concerning and un-comforting. Never have I ever seen or experienced someone being yelled at for just being kind. I will be resuming to go to the Paularino & Bristol location! I asked about the discounts, but the employee named Ashley just pointed at the sign on the glass and made me figure out the prices myself. She gave zero help, didn't greet me, didn't say hello, and had a very cold and annoyed attitude like I was bothering her. I told her I didn't want her service and asked for another employee. Today I referred my partner and she got denied the first time deal because she's been to other stizzy locations. Mind you we were gonna end up spending $300 after taxes and all. But walked out anyways.: Mega store money hungry.. never been to a mega store (off the charts, catalyst, jungle boys) and got denied their fist time deal. I purchased some of their Infused 40's flower and unfortunately it had black mold throughout the package. I reported it to Priya (Priya is awesome) and the on duty manager on March 28th. Today I returned to stock up on some flower and all the infused flower is now displayed bottom side up to show no more mold issues. The sad part is no one was able to compensate me for the bad flower. I was instructed to go do it online which was extremely problematic. The security guard doesn't speak with words, he just stares at you and uses his hands to ask for your ID and to walk a certain direction. It's a really odd and disrespectful interaction and I am not sure why they choose to have him there. Very replaceable position and he sets the mood for the customers and makes you feel disrespected as you wait in line. I didn't say another the first time but since then I have gone back and maybe 1out of every 3 end up being like that. They will probably only give you half the information on it and if they make a mistake on their end there is nothing you can basically do until you purchase your items and ask for a receipt and by that time it's to late.y'all need to have screen that shows what we buy and the prices with the deals before a customer hands money over. Not exactly for the masses! Great products and prices but the store atmosphere is definitely only targeting one demographic and that's 20 something year olds. The music is always at wildly different levels each time I come in. Last week it was so loud my ears were cracking while in line, I almost left and when I got to the front of the line and told my bud tender I wanted to make this fast because the music was hurting my ears, she was great and got me out fast. I understand the need for strong marketing but this is drugs, it sells itself and you have major competitors all around. I'm not old, 30's but I often take my retired parents or grandparents in with hearing aids and then they need to turn them off at Stiiizy because the music is so loud, then I have to order for them.
