I needed a small part for a UTV I bought a little over 2 years ago…read more On Dec. 23 I was told they would order the part to have it in stock when they got back from what was a very extended Christmas break (to say the least) on Jan. 5, and that the part should arrive on or about Jan. 10, I called on the tenth and was told they had not ordered it yet, but they would do so that day and the part should be in around the twenty-second. I called on the twenty-second and was told that they never order electrical parts without a special order. When I stopped in to order it, I was told I would have to pay for the part in advance and that if it wasn't in stock, I might wait for (a) month(s). My plow vehicle has been down for five weeks (Dec.-Jan.). I was practically called a liar because they did not believe that anyone had told me the part would be ordered "to have in stock," (and that was EXACTLY what was said, and they seemed to not care at all about trying to get me the part that I need. I would AVOID THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The motorcycles in their showroom were all in great shape, and the staff were quite friendly. They were fast with the whole process of buying the bike, the longest part being the loan application and approval. They do an inspection upon intake of the bike, and they do the state inspection again when you purchase it and will walk you around the motorcycle to show you what you need to know and to answer any questions you may have. They make sure to send you off with a smile, giving you a Hillview T-Shirt and snapping a picture with your new purchase.
