I love the Warwick Mall. One of my caveats is parking! I love the fact that there's tons of open parking here! I could go to Providence Place Mall... for more stores.. But here's the Thing. I can't STAND the parking garage at Providence Place! It's a Twilight Zone thing for me, with the red and green lights showing where to park. Then there are the road warriors who race through the garage like they're getting free cheese cake at the Factory. For me, the Warwick Mall is parking friendly, one level, has great stores, and I don't need to mess with a garage that in my opinion, is scary. read more

My favorite mall in RI. I've been going there for years. It's in a convenient location with a huge parking lot. It's big but not too big and it has everything I need. There's 80 stores and a food court. The main attractions are Target, Macy's, JCPenney, and Jordan's Furniture. They also have small vendors in the middle of the corridors. It's a great place to shop but the best times to avoid is on the weekend. It gets really packed like most malls and it's filled with mall rats a.k.a. teenage kids running around. There's one floor but there's a partial second floor in Jordan's. My favorite stores when I frequent were Old Navy, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Bath & Body, and Express. There's the carousel in the food court. There's also a Showcase Cinema in the parking lot. Mall hours: Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. read more

This is not the Warwick Mall I remember growing up, but it's not exactly a bad thing! The Warwick mall has seem to overcome the failing mall economy and presence of the Providence Place Mall. I live not very far from Providence Place, but I would prefer driving to Warwick to do my shopping. There's a great variety of stores ranging from clothing,food, furniture, and media/movies/games. There's a food court here which seems good, but I've never actually had food from here. Regardless of how busy and how much foot traffic, the mall is always clean. Parking is plentiful with entrances close by to all the stores in the mall. read more

Very small mall, with just one level of stores. However, they do manage to fit in a lot of good stores. There's a free-standing PINK store, a Victoria's Secret, Old Navy, Torrid, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, Macy's etc. The mall is a little dark and a bit past its prime in terms of interior design, but overall it's quite a decent stop to pass a few hours shopping. Also, there's a really nice Pinkberry with lots of seating. There's also a Taco Bell in the food court. read more

I haven't been to this mall in a few years! I am so happy I stopped here! They have really updated this mall with some of my fav stores! After they suffered some damage a few year ago due to some harsh flooding I thought they wouldn't open again! OMG...There's actually a JC PENNEY open here! 2.5 stars if I could. This is a cute little mall but they REALLY need to work on certain things such as the staff and encouraging the rules because they don't follow them- especially on the weekends. I constantly see groups of "kids" together. Funny story but I was with a few friends of mine on a Friday/Saturday night and was told I couldn't be in that large of a group??? I wasn't hanging around- I was literally walking and shopping and we are all in our late 20s/early 30s so this was completely unnecessary. They really need to fix their rules or get some competent security guards. I love the fact they have the carousel for $1 still! I wished they still had the arcade though! Great stores: VS, VS PINK, Swarovski, Jc Penney (for the portrait studio), and Macy's. Plus that there is a movie theatre and 4 of 5 restaurants in the mall parking lot. This is one of my favorite malls. Warwick mall isn't crowded with teens every weekend and isn't full of ignorant adults just walking around because they're bored. People actually shop here and don't hang out just buy and leave. Warwick mall is a clean mall and has a little bit of a selection of stuff. Which is was a big bigger so they can have better stores, but I'll live with what they have. The deals are usually great , and the food court is a must go to the food is great and you have many selections. The parking to this place is FREE and there's tons of it. You can park right next to target and always get a close spot nobody does it but I do ( wink wink ). I also love the fact they have target connected because everyone needs candy or a drink or house hold stuff and instead of going out of you way just stay in the mall then go to target. I recommend this mall to people out of state as well, it's a pretty laid back mall versus providence place which I hate. read more

There's always something happening at Warwick Maaaaallllllllllllllllll. If you are over the age of 20 you probably have those commercials perma-pressed into your memory. You remember the outcry when the no more than 4 rule got imposed...and saw the outflow of your favorite stores, the period of wondering if like its neighbor Warwick mall was going to go the way of the dinosaur, and then saw the resurgence that was brought to you by the great flooding of 2010. Warwick Mall has always been able to pull through for you in a pinch. The combination of smaller specialty stores and mid range retailers like Penney's and Macy's have kept it successful. While the mall got a much needed overhaul after hte flood, it is still essentially the same warwick mall, same design, etc. A new wave of retail has entered Warwick mall, it is back to catering towards the tween and teen crowds with the addition of a Zumies, Journeys, H&M, and other fast fashion stores. Something I find really nice about this mall is the size, you can look through several stores and then backtrack to make a purchase without feeling like it will take you the better part of your day or that you're wasting too much time by doing so. Additionally, the Macy's at the mall is the first of its kind, and is gorgeous. As for people's comments on the more than 4 deal. Once upon a time this was the land of mall rats and mall goths. Friday nights were packs of tweens meandering around, and causing a lot of chaos etc....so to keep down the unmanageable crowds that was introduced. You'll still see some groups of kids, but its never like it was in 99 or 2000. read more

I remember it being a lot better when I was in high school and there were better stores like T-shirt city and Abercrombie and weathervane etc. Now there are hardly any good stores left and it's not worth my time shopping there unless it's at VS. "There's always something happening..." Like a flood, or construction? Or the creepy carousel going around and around? That's always been my view of the Warwick Mall. Their commercials ring true, but there's never anything GOOD happening. Until recently, that is. I grew up at the Warwick Mall. I went there as a teenager when groups of "more than 4" were allowed to go there. I probably annoyed all the people trying to seriously shop. I hate to say it, but the flood was the best thing that ever happened to the Warwick Mall. They were forced to renovate. To re-think the mall, its audience, its purpose. Its cleanliness! I went back to the Warwick Mall recently for the first time since the flood and was extremely impressed. The Macy's is upscale and has a Starbucks. There's a Target where Filene's used to be. There's a Jordan's Furniture. You don't walk down the mall to see: Store, Vacancy, Store, Vacancy... the stores that are there are even, dare I say, doing well enough to last longer than a few months. Growing up to see store after store going in and out of this mall, and it being under construction more than it was open, this was a real breath of fresh air. And there's a Pinkberry! And they are opening a Nordstrom Rack! Really, this mall has taken strides. Now, "there's always something happening" that people can actually get excited about! Finally! read more

Full disclosure. I live ten minutes from prov place and I don't go there. Ever. The traffic and parking lot is obnoxious. Instead I suck up my Rhode Islander hate to drive and head to Warwick mall. It's generally not crazy busy and not many teenagers hanging around. There is a ton of free parking. Most stores have an outside entrance so you can park right outside the door and just walk right in. No need to wander around looking for your car. As for stores there are places I like to shop such as jcpenny, bath and body works. The food court has the usual staples Taco Bell sbarro etc. if you want a little more upscale Newport creamery is there. You can't go wrong there. If your looking for a place to shop this is a great option read more

Fair sized Suburban mall for Warwick. We came by here for a browse after dinner as shops were open till 9:00 pm. The mall is anchored by Macys, JC Penney and Target (filling three different price points) but also has Nordstrom Rack and various other a typical mall shops. Food court is fairly large and has a good selection of your typical Asian, sandwiches, burgers pizza etc. for a more upscale dining there is Buffalo Wild Wing, Red Robin and Longhorn Steakhouse around the mall plus movie theatres. When we visited it was not busy. So.... if you don't like crowds come in the weeknight after dinner. My family enjoys browsing- shopping so if you do also, the there is pretty much something for everyone here at Warwick Mall. It's a nice clean mall that I would consider middle of the road in terms of selection. Not ultra high end not low end also. A clean comfortable shopping experience. read more

In all fairness, three years ago I would have given this mall like two stars. It was run down, grungy and the people were completely sketchy. Fortunately for us, the Warwick Mall's had a total make over. I'm not completely sure how or why this took place, but the interior is actually clean and unlike the years before, there are plenty of security guards roaming the stores to keep those pesky teenagers and shop lifters in check. A HUGE surprise for me when I stopped in today for the first time since, well, years. Sweet! There are a number of new stores and a number of classics- Newport Creamery is still around while they finally added a dippin dots. The food court is finally well stocked! In addition, an aerie recently opened its doors about a year ago and I am absolutely addicted, in love with it. If you're a chick and love AE, you'll love their new spin off front complete with everything from make up, bikinis, undies and hoodies. I walked in and easily spent a hundred bucks while the sales clerks were very helpful and kind. Macy's also got a complete updated look matching its other locations in Providence Place and Emerald. Love it. Personally the sales ladies in the makeup areas like Chanel and MAC were a lot more personable and friendly than in their other locations (for some reason the Chanel associates always look so depressed.. this was a refreshing change of pace). To add insult to my wallet there's a brand spankin' new Target complete with Starbucks. Fo'shizzle this place is bangin: it's one of the biggest in-mall Target locations I've ever been to. Very clean, well stocked, well lit and organized. I can spend hours messing around with their giganto lego-like shopping carts. Overall I'm more than a little pleased with how well this mall has been upgraded since the last time I shopped here. From 2 stars to 4! Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area and have a couple bucks to spend. I can't believe no one else has reviewed this mall yet. read more

A good mall near the international way, good stores like Macy's, Jc penny and other retailers as well. It's a single story mall, other retailers are in the same area as small vendors. Good food court, plenty options to choose from even buffalo wild wings near the entrance. Even a full gorgeous carousel at the entrance, kids seem to love it. Enjoyed shopping, got some good deals at old navy and great clothes as well. Good way to pass the time, if nothing else to do. Did I mention it was raining that day. read more

I must be turning into a cranky Rhode Islander because instead of bothering with the parking ramp or street parking at Providence Place mall, I find myself more often than not heading out to Warwick Mall. They have pretty much all the stores I need, it's a smaller, more manageable size, and the Target has a decent grocery selection. When you hate shopping as much as I do, one-stop is really the way to go (though I do usually hit up the Trader Joes down the street as well). What else can you really say about a mall? It's clean. I haven't seen many herds of roving thugs like so many people seems to be afraid of. If you have the misfortune of needing to shop around the holiday season, you can park very far away from your chosen destination and then get to it by walking through the mall interior. Guess that's just the nature of malls in general, but it's a nice little perk on those snowy/rainy days. I haven't even really explored much of this place, but it seems like every time I think I should go to a store, they have it at this mall, and I heave a sigh of relief that I don't have to go to Providence Place. read more

I like the Warwick Mall. It's close, it has some nice anchor stores like Macy's, JC Penneys and Nortstroms Rack, plus H & M, Old Navy, Aeropostale, Lane Bryant, NY & Co, Striderite shoes, foot locker, Lens crafters, hair salon, nail place and Jordan's furniture to name just a few. There is a nice selection of comfortable seating areas around the mall for those who need a break from all the shopping. And there is a 'Lullaby lounge' where a nursing mom can give baby some much needed attention in peace. (I'm sure there are a few of us who have been in need of a quiet space with baby during a shopping day.) I like the Paper Store for gifts, and at Christmas time they have a store that sells all sorts of unusual and interesting ornaments. H & M has great inventory and the sales are amazing. There are just so many stores here for so many different needs. Target is one of the anchor stores which is very convenient. Just be aware they only have cash registers on the 'outside' entrance so if you parked elsewhere, you have to carry your purchases through the store to get back to the mall. The food court is large with a large food selection including Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and there are other restaurants outside the mall around the edges of the parking lot such as Red Robin or Not Your Average Joe's. There is also a movie theater outside the mall and a tire place. It's a pretty big complex, and there is lots of parking. (It is absolutely crazy at Christmas time, so bring your parking patience and plan to walk. They do have people directing traffic during this time and block some roads to redirect the traffic pattern.) They have seasonal events like Santa (of course!), community events, and live piano players sometimes! It's a good venue to get all your shopping done in one place in a comfortable, climate controlled environment. All on one level, very easy to navigate, and places to end the day of shopping with a meal and a drink. Call your girlfriends now! read more

Since the great flood the Warwick Mall has really stepped up its game. I've been going to the Warwick Mall for over 15 years now and I can finally say I enjoy going there (except on weekend nights, but we will get there) The mall is very clean now and has really spruced up its appearance. The new store additions have been wonderful and is really making a good name for the Warwick Mall. Jordan's Furniture was a great idea to bring and really helped the mall step up its game. In the past I literally would stop into 2 stores, now I find myself stopping into at least 5. My only complaint is the excessive amount of teenagers roaming around on weekend nights. I just went this past Friday evening and couldn't even maneuver around the mobs of teenagers. They say "no more than 4" but there were groups of 8 or 10, clearly not shopping but rather loitering. I imagine t his is not good for many of the stores and for the security at the mall. I just stopped in this morning at 11 and it was a much more pleasant experience. If you have avoided this place in the past I highly suggest you stop in today and give it another whirl. read more

Small mall but gets the job done! There's the basic stores of Macys, Express but they also have Pinkberry, Target! My girlfriend always enjoys a trip here for a quick change from Providence Place Mall. There's always plenty of parking and it's not super crowded. Good if you live close by or even a short drive from here. read more

Security here is ridiculous! They act like they're actual cops but instead of helping you they nit pick at everything. Theres a stupid rule of not being able to walk with more than 4 people. Seriously? I had cousins visiting from another state and they really made us leave because we couldn't break up our group with the kids. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

This mall is very small. There is not a lot of stores, but the stores that are there are what I like to call the "one wear" stores. (You wear the clothes one time and then need to throw them out because they either ripped or you realized you looked like a hooker). It is apparently newly renovated, which explains the cleanliness, but I am not there to eat off the floors. Lots of teenagers hang out there and I have heard multiple times that it is not the best place to hang around during the night. read more

Not impressed with this mall, it is very small and i dont enjoy most of the stores there . I am more of an abercrombie/ hollister girl , and they dont have those stores. Also the express in that mall isnt that great. Im just not into the stores there . read more

This a very easy to get to mall for anyone in the Warwick/Cranston area. Back in early 2010 there was a flood in Rhode Island that did have an impact on this location. Many of the stores are just starting to open back up, but note many of the anchor stores here will not to open for some time. Park is much easier than the Providence Place Mall, but not Friday nights this place is swarming with teenagers. read more

The Warwick mall is a pretty laid back place to shop compared to the providence and emerald mall. Although there isn't a lot of stores the main ones that kids shop at are there and I think it's a good place to hang with friends and walk around. The food court isn't always that clean but what can you expect.. also it's not always crowded unless it's Black Friday but other than that many people aren't there. read more

If you guys are into disgusting men's rooms off of the food court, have I got the mall for you. It's not as bad as a bathroom can get considering many people use them to make poop come out of their butts but it is very gross. I've been working here for about a month and I don't think a mop has touched the bathroom in that time. There is a swifter wet jet that is always in there but that makes the bathroom somehow dirtier? I can't really explain why. It looks like the bathroom of a frat that only accepts homeless people. If you really need to go, use the one upstairs in Jordan's furniture and don't be afraid to push in the handicapped door and really go to town. It'll look like it's closed, but it's not. Mall is kind of on the small side but it's not a chaotic as the Providence place mall which I avoid at all costs. The movie theater is also in the same parking lot and a couple of restaurants to choose from which is very convenient! I am from New York and there is no shortage of malls by me so it's rare that a mall will impress me. I came to RI with my husband on his work trip and my 10 week old daughter and I had the day to ourselves. I needed something to do with her and stumbled across the Warwick Mall. I was highly impressed that even though it is a small mall it had all of the necessities. The Macy's was great and had a great selection. My favorite part was the Lullaby Lounge. I was feeding my daughter her bottle on a bench and a security guard came up to me to tell me about the lounge. I headed right over and was able to feed my daughter in a nice comfy clean chair and change her on a clean changing table. I wish the malls by me had this amazing amenity. read more

People tend to take Warwick Mall for granted, I know I did and when it was destroyed in the awful flooding. I thought it was dead to us like the Rhode Island mall is but lucky for us it is back and we should all be pleased by this. It is not the best mall in the world but it my mall. It has a far superior Old Navy, the one in the Providence Place mall is garbage. New York and Company, Bath and Body Works, JcPenny and the new Macys really is beautiful. Target and Sports authority are two new stores attached to the mall as well. PS JcPenny has a Sephora in it now! Now don't get too excited it really is a smaller version of Sephora with about 25% of what the Providence location has to offer but defiantly will get you your make up fix when you are in a time crunch. I was in a total eyebrow crisis today and I was even able to get my eyebrows threaded for $10 and they did a darn good job. The food court is pretty substantial and has a lot of options from Panda Express to Subway or you could even grab an Aunt Annies Pretzel(sooo good). The Carousel is still alive and well and that has been there FOR-EVER so it is just nice to have something familiar to go to. Warwick Mall makes me nostalgic and keeps me coming back. Let me start by saying that before I write a review for a business, as a rule of thumb I always read the other reviews first. I have to address Kelli's review. First off, the clothes you buy here are a "one wear" clothes? This mall has the same stores as any other mall, so why would the stores from this mall be selling clothes of a cheaper quality than say, the same stores at Emerald Square or Prov. Place? If the clothes you buy make you look like a "hooker" as you said, perhaps you ought to re-think your fashion sense. After all, it is YOU that is picking and purchasing the clothes. As for her remark about the cleanliness of the floors, umm yea its a FLOOR which means thousands of people walk on it every single day. When I go to the mall, yea the first thing I am going to do is conduct a floor inspection! And finally, the most ridiculous comment of her idiotic review is the"lots of teenagers hang out there and it's not the best place to hang out at night." Where do I begin on this statement (SMH). It's a MALL! Of course teenagers hang out here at night, especially on Friday and Saturday nights! it's what they do! It's what I did! Are you that detached from reality that you do not know since the dawn of time (not literally) teenagers flock to the local mall on Fri and Sat nights?? Anyways, now that I have addressed her hilarious attempt of writing an intelligent review, onto my review of Warwick Mall. This mall has always been a convenient location for me when I didn't feel like dealing with the PP Mall Garage and paying to park. Not to mention all the "Yo's" that frequent this mall. It's a nice change of pace. And since the mall re-opened after the flooding, I have to say the ownership group did a fantastic job of improving an already nice mall. The inside is very modern and has a very positive atmosphere inside. The food court received a very nice facelift not to mention the new stores and and for some, new locations. I personally love the Old Navy here. Seeing that this is pretty much the only store I buy my clothes from, I am always coming here. It's so upbeat, bright and the staff is friendly. It seems that since this new one opened they have a much better selection of clothing. With Target, JC Penny, Macy's, Jordan's Furniture just opening and the newest addition, Nordstrom Rack coming in Fall 2012, I find myself coming here a lot more even though PP Mall is closer to my house. I know reviewing a mall seems a little ridiculous, but I have been coming here ever since I was a little kid so I have seen this mall change through the years. It's a nice and positive alternative to the PP Mall. Great selection of stores, the Showcase Cinema is right across the street from the parking lot, Red Robin and Texas Steakhouse also right in the parking lot..what's not to like about coming here! read more

Yes it's small when compared to Providence Place but it has a Target inside and that's good enough for me!

I recently moved down to the Warwick area and didn't really frequent this mall outside of hitting up Target until now. Since being around town I've found I'm in this mall more and more and I am not a mall person. To start there is a great selection of stores- Macy's, Nordstrom Rack, JC Penney, Jordans furniture, H & M and many more. My 2nd child is a month old so I took him there so I could walk around. It's a decent size mall for this activity. What I liked is that there are little areas with nice chairs set up all throughout the mall, pretty neat. Also what I love is the lullaby room, which is right outside of Nordstrom rack. Here is an area for parents to feed, change and get some downtime with their little ones. There are chairs and a TV set up in this space. Brilliant! My 3 year old is a big fan of the carousel that is located in the food court. It's your run of the mill food court in way of options- sabarros, subway, etc but had a huge TV set up usually on either the news or sports. For those passing through Rhody, this mall also has Newport Creamery, home of the Awful Awful . Definitely impressed with this little mall. read more

It's a mall...and that sums it up. It has most of what you would look for in a mall; food court, clothing, movie theater; restaurants near by, sporting goods. It has a couple gems: a carousel, newport creamery, target attached, and a decent amount of parking. It doesn't have high end or speciality stores, and it's pretty much one story minus sports auth and a shoe store. It does have one of those weird we buy gold places, reminiscent of a pawn shop. Having said all this it is a decent mall in a decent location close to kohls and 295. So give it a shot, and if its not your cup of tea hit up providence. read more

Warwick Mall is a blue collar mall. It does not have a lot of the high end stores that the Providence Place Mall does but is a lot easier to get in and out of and has a quality Target attached. It shares a parking lot with a showcase cinemas. Be careful on Friday nights as the youth maraud in packs without any security or law enforcement response. read more
