If you call the number listed the owner will more than likely answer right away or call you right back. The web site is nifty and easy to make an appointment. A plumber owned company does not have to comply with corporate schemes of scripted scare tactics on site. Dave will take time to explain options and show you what needs to be done going forward. The work and materials are quality to the nth degree. Price you ask? No plumber comes cheap and you probably don't want bargain basement prices when it comes to your home. I feel the quotes are reasonable and I know the larger companies in town charge much more just to knock on your door. TCP is in my future.

Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick,inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I know who to call when the need arises again.

A week ago we were having issues with our furnace shutting off. It turned out to be a serious…read moresafety hazard that was leaking carbon monoxide into our house. The team at Metro Heating and Cooling was able to bring someone over to diagnose the issue, then bring a team over and complete the install of a new furnace within one day, working until after 7 pm because they said they were not going to leave us without heat for a night. We are extremely grateful to their team and will definitely be going back to them for any future work we need!

Sent a plumber out to replace my water heater and continually leaked and would not stand behind his…read morework. Found pipes that were not soldered just placed inside the heater and don't really know the person who came out was a plumber in fact. I would never use this company again. I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court
