Being right before the holiday, their scheduling was very tight but they were very good with communication and we were in a position to be flexible. Due to multiple tasks, their technicians were out on two different days. Zach was out for the more urgent need of the laundry drainage. The project threw in some curve balls, which is probably more the norm than the exception for the industry, but Zach was knowledgeable, efficient and quick with the repairs. I figured Michael G. the president of Valley plumbing would come back with a lame excuse. So, for my edification I called two different plumbing companies with two different plumbers, Veterans Plumbing, and KB Plumbing. I asked them to tell me where the water on the floor was coming from. Both independent plumbers agreed on the same issue that there was a crack inside the tank and when the water was hot enough the crack opened up and the water would leak. Also, both companies indicated that this Brock White had rust inside, is this reasonable for a new water tank, I don't think so. I will see you in Court

In my opinion this is not true emergency service, and I did not like his attitude.
