It is a shame that they would do this to customers. My only thought is they do not want repeat business. Took in a Chrysler product that had a 3.2 litre V6 and they charged us for 8 quarts of engine oil for the oil change. When I questioned them about it they swore that this is what they put in. He said they drain it extra long. Made a statement that it is the darndest thing every now and then they run into 6 cylinder motors that take extra oil. Though Owners manual and my neighbor who is a Mechanic at a Chrysler dealership says 6 qts.

This kid works his butt off to have nice things and then gets duped with this vehicle. Very disappointed in River Valley Motors. July of 2023 I ordered a Ford Maverick from Schiller ford, I knew it would take some time so I was patient for months, it wasn't until I heard others who had ordered from other dealers months after me and already had build dates that I became annoyed. I started contacting the dealer periodically to check on the status and was always just told Ford hasn't picked up the order yet and they can't give me any updates. When I heard a couple people I know that ordered in March 2024 and already had build dates in June, I began to get angry. I contacted Ford customer service and was told they had no record of my order and I would have to talk to the dealer. I told them if I could get any information from the dealer I would t be calling them. I then sent an email to the CEO of ford and head of customer relations and within a day I was contacted by ford, they took the information on my order escalated it and gave me a build date. Something maybe the dealer could have done months ago and I wouldn't have been waiting for almost a year. The same guy also told me that the dealer had a few others stuck in their order banks, so if you ordered from Schimmer and have been waiting a long time you're welcome. Your vehicle might finally be on its way to production. I had told the dealer several times that I wanted to be notified as soon as they got a build date because my fear is they would wait to call me until the truck was on the lot and then low ball me on my trade saying take it or leave it we will just sell it to someone else. They assured me they would so I would have time to sell my trade myself if they were unwilling to give me its value. I waited three days after Ford had located and scheduled a build for my truck and still no updates from the dealer. I wrote a letter to the president expressing my dissatisfaction with the follow-up and customer service and why did I have to be the one to go to corporate and get this order moving, why didn't any of his staff take the initiative to find out why it was stuck in limbo. I received a snarky email back with absolutely no appologies and basically telling me to feel free to buy the truck elsewhere. I have waited almost a year, my trade is now a year older, interest rates are higher. If he had offered even one apology for his staff not following up and a willingness to do the best he could on my trade, or in any respect at least pretended he wanted to earn my business I would have gone through with the deal. But he might as well have told me to F- off, go somewhere else. So that's how they treat their customers.

Amanda Grandsard sent me all the information on the unit. She also sent me the Buy Back paperwork that Jeep sent with the car so i would know what all was done for the buyback repair. She also told us it did come with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep for the buyback repair. She also sent me all the recall work and updates that were done to the car that they had on file for the buyback. That information did match what Jeep put in the paperwork when they did the repair. They were upfront with the info we needed to take a trip 5.5 hrs to go test drive and drive it home that night. We are very happy with our transaction with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My daughter forgot a picture that she took with her sister and forgot it in our old van. Amanda Grandsard found it in our van so my daughter could get her picture sent to us. I would recommend this dealership if you were looking for a new vehicle to drive. Make sure you give Amanda Grandsard a try. She was upfront and very nice person to make a car deal with.
